Elegance and ease. The grounds have a great sense of fun for children to explore. Excellently Maintained A great pool area, sun and shaded areas so that there is something for everyone. J'ai séjourné dans cette superbe villa avec mes 3 enfants (13, 12 et 10 ans). C'est une très belle maison sur une belle propriété avec beaucoup de choses à faire à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. En fin de journée après les visites diverses, la piscine et la terrasse étaient parfaites pour se reposer, apprécier la belle vue et goûter aux vins locaux. Il y a tout le necessaire pour passer un superbe séjour en famille. Je recommande vivement cette maison!
Le château est tres beau l'entretient est fait regulierement on passe de bon moment et l'ambiance avec les personnes c'est vraiment formidable je suis tres contente de se château magnifique un grand merci aux proprietaire.
Had a lovely relaxing 2 week stay. John and Annie are gracious hosts - lovely touches - wine and cheese and flowers. Fabulous palces to visit - La Rochelle, Fontenay, Plage des Belagus. Vouvant is a charming village. Ideal for a great holiday.
Lovely quiet gîtes with beautiful views over the wine fields. Close to Uzès, a very pretty historical market town (20 min. by car). The gîtes provide everything you need, i.e. comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, cosy sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a swimming pool with lounge beds and our gîte (La Picholine) even had a small private pool. The area is great for walk through the woods and over the wine field. There are restaurants in the area that are a short drive away. We had a great and relaxing time and will definitely be back!
C'est le cœur lourd que nous partons, car votre maison est si belle et si merveilleuse, une ode envoûtante à la vie en France. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, rempli de joie, d'amitié et de moments précieux en famille. Un grand merci.
A wonderful return visit to Villa Kali and this beautiful area of France. Weather has been great all week with plenty of sunshine, with the pool providing much needed relief. Enjoyed visits to Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert and Montpellier, as well as several trips to Pèzenas, particularly the ice cream shops! Enjoyed meals at Les Palmiers (quite expensive) and Chef Brasserie Chez Hansi (good value). Saturday market in Pèzenas worth a visit and Serignan Plage probably the best beach. The patisserie / boulangerie opposite Carrefour does great bread, croissants and gateaux. Look forward to a return visit in the future. Thanks for a great holiday! 5 / 5.
We are a family of two adults and three teens and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Le Somail! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of space inside and out. The pool area is very sheltered and private - having the pool to cool us down on the hottest of days was certainly appreciated! We enjoyed being so close to the canal and seeing the boats sailing past, it’s a beautiful location. There is a good selection of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk of the house, yet the house was very peaceful and we were never disturbed by any noise from the restaurant next door. There were plenty of activities within an easy driving distance to keep us all amused for the duration of our stay including lakes, beaches and shopping. We hope we can return again, thank you for a wonderful holiday.
What a wonderful 2 weeks here - it’s been super hot - so we have made much use of the fabulous pool. Philippe - thank you for being such an attentive host - the breakfast deliveries were great and personalised. Beziers is lovely - try L’orangerie - we had a fab meal there - we also enjoyed the meal Philippe arranged for us. Thankyou for a lovely stay. A bientot.
It was a wonderful property to stay in – everyone who stayed with us were very impressed by the house. It’s a lovely town too. The management people in Pézenas for this property were very helpful too. We are in the UK now and are missing the south of France weather.
After driving through France, it was lovely to arrive at your beautiful house. The weather has been perfect and we have chilled by the swimming pool. We have visited many of the surrounding villages and gazed at the breathtaking views from the top of the mountains. We really don't want to begin our journey back and will certainly recommend to others. Thank you.
Une properiété absolument délicieuse dans une partie du monde magnifique. La propriété est très bien entretenue et rustique. Je peux la recommander à tout groupe envisageant un séjour en Dordogne. Notre séjour a été en mi-avril lorsque le temps commence à s'améliorer. 26 degrés lors de notre dernier jour, parfait!
J'ai adoré ces vacances. J'adore le sport, alors j'ai passé la plupart de mes journées dans la magnifique piscine. Je m'entraînais à nager, puis je flottais en admirant le ciel bleu. J'ai adoré le court de tennis et j'ai passé des heures à travailler mon coup droit. Le château est tellement joli qu'il aurait pu être inventé. N'importe quel enfant adorerait cet endroit.

Un séjour très agréable dans ce château. Une aventure que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier et dont nous nous souviendrons sûrement toute la vie. Merveilleux emplacement, temps superbe et personnel très serviable. Un séjour mémorable. Merci.
Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante ici. Les enfants ont passé 90 % de leurs journées dans la piscine ! Quelques sorties, une au marché d'Olonzac et à la plage, mais les meilleures journées ont été passées à la villa. Vues époustouflantes et si paisibles. J'ai apprécié cuisiner les dîners, la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Départ vers le nord dans le camping-car demain pour continuer nos vacances mais le luxe de la villa nous manquera.
Quel endroit magnifique! Vous avez fait un excellent travail dans ce loft. Il est chaleureux, élégant, accueillant: et vous avez pensé à tout! Nous nous sommes sentis entouré par tout l'amour que vous avez mis dans ce loft tout au long de notre séjour. Il va resté sur mon économiseur d'écran quelques temps! We absolutely loved our time here. The owner was a joy to work with. The home was absolutely charming. It was located on a picturesque hill, featured spacious, comfortable rooms and every luxury one would need while there. The home was spotless upon our arrival and the neighbors on the street were extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed swimming in the crisp, cool pool; hearing the church bells ring and exploring the neighboring villages as we attending the daily farmer's markets. We cannot wait to come back and are considering an extended stay as we fell in love with the area and this home. I would highly recommend it if you would like to truly experience the people and feel of the region.
We were so impressed with the quality of this home with a high contemporary finish in every room. The kitchen and lounge dinner opens onto an exquisite terrace with far reaching views and ideal for outdoor dinning . Loved the pool area with private patio. This is in the centre of a charming village with all amenities. The unspoilt coastline is stunning and to think it's under an hour from the airport. We would strongly recommend this home and we can't wait to return. Did we forget to mention it's also exceptional value for money.
Nous voulions juste vous remercier pour cette belle semaine dans votre belle maison. C'est un endroit magique et nous en avons déjà de bons souvenirs. Merci d'avoir fait en sorte que Suzanne cuisine pour nous. Ses dîners ont été un franc succès et ses sorbets surprises ont suscité l'intrigue les deux soirs ! Nous espérons revenir à l'avenir et nous avons hâte de vous revoir.
Trois générations de notre famille ont apprécié ce séjour dans la belle maison spacieuse et bien équipée d'Helen avec son beau jardin, sa piscine, son terrain de pétanque, sa cuisine d'été et sa vue sur le château ! Beaucoup d'espace, tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur, en fonction de la chaleur. Le sous-sol plus frais offre du tennis de table, du matériel de gym et des puzzles, nous en avons profité pendant la chaleur extrême! L'emplacement était idéal pour le canyoning (Héric), le kyaking (Orb), la nage en rivière (Reals), le karting (nr. Laurens), la plongée sous-marine (Montpellier), les cours de peinture (Pouzolles) etc. Grands restaurants et bars locaux (Roujan, Gabian) et petits vins de domaine à découvrir. Le grand Super U de Roujan possède une excellente boulangerie/pâtisserie attenante, ouverte également le dimanche matin. Rien ne manque pour de superbes vacances !

Great house in a great location. Enjoyed by all ages 9 to 70 years. Something for everybody. Kids and adults wowed with the pool.
We have had a splendid time here and greatly enjoyed the villa. It was very relaxing and comfortable place with incredible views over the vineyards and hill. We spent a lot of time by the pool but also explored the neighbouring sights - Roquebrun was great fun and we also liked Minerve and managed to get down to the coast at Cabaues-les-Fleury.
