It is difficult to put into words how special our stay has been. Everything about the Loft is first class and we are going to miss it dearly. On top of that, all your little touches have been incredibly helpful and generous. Above all though, you have been the most warm, considerate and welcoming hosts - you really could not have done anything else to help us. Having travelled extensively we definitely rate you as the best! Of course, we have loved exploring the area, including a wonderful trip to the Pyrenees, and we are very keen to get to know it better. Finally, the last word goes to Mack and Mabel - they are adorable and we have enjoyed sneaking down for cuddles. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.
Writing this sitting at the table and chairs by the well - blue skies and warm sunshine, it has been a perfect week, absolutely loved everything about the house, garden and pool - so hard to leave. To make the stay even more special, I celebrated my 60th birthday with all my family and we had yummy cakes delined by Amanda - huge thank you.
We, grandparents, parents and our little daughter, spent two fantastic weeks in this wonderful villa in Fréjus. The villa offers plenty of room for a bigger family. You can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's fully furnished. lovely decorated and well appointed with kitchenware and with everything you might need. There is a lushy, well maintained garden with a swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. We loved our stay there with the beautiful view over Fréjus to the sea. We can recommend this villa to everyone looking for a peaceful, quite summer vacation. The owners are as well extremely friendly and helpful.
Merci encore de nous avoir permis de découvrir votre belle maison - nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Domaine de Nérige, la maison a dépassé nos attentes, tant par le style, le confort et l'emplacement. Votre repas préparé pour le dîner était merveilleux! Les magasins LeClerc avaient tout ce dont nous avions besoin, les vignobles à proximité étaient super et très accueillants, Carcassonne était fascinante, Limoux était vraiment sympa et faire du vélo le long du Canal de Midi était délicieux - mais revenir à la maison en fin de journée était tellement relaxant et le point culminant! Nous espérons revenir avec un peu de chance un jour.

Well kept gardens and lovely house. Would highly recommend to anyone. Extras like the UK adapters were a nice touch. Pool made the children holiday. It was also very clean and perfect size and depth. Great hosts, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Steven and Bruce have a fantastic place and they really went the extra mile to make our stay totally enjoyable. We've been staying at places in France for 20 or so years and we always come back fairly pleased, but perhaps with one or two thoughts about how something or other could have been better, but I think this is the first time we've come back and been unable to think of anything that was less than perfect.
On n'aurait pas pu demander mieux à La Barde ou à son propriétaire. La Barde était tranquille, confortable et avait tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances en famille. La cuisine était très bien équipée, c'était incroyable, les chambres étaient spacieuses et les lits confortables. Toutes les pièces étaient joliment décorées et meublées avec soin. Il y avait tellement d'espace dans la maison et les jardins que même en tant que famille nombreuse, vous pouvez trouver un endroit calme pour un peu de paix. La piscine avait une grande partie peu profonde pour les tout-petits, le jardin était idéal à explorer. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine sans aucun doute ! Merci!
A wonderful fortnight of celebrations for friends and all our family (17!) for Mike’s 70th Birthday! The manor was the perfect place for us all — so big and comfortable and so much to do. What a gem it is! Thank you so much for allowing us to come again. We have made some amazing memories!
Nous avons tellement aimé cet endroit en 2022 que nous y sommes retournés en 2024. Un autre séjour fantastique ! La villa est aussi spéciale que dans nos souvenirs. Nous avons encore découvert des endroits, dégusté d'autres vins et créé d'autres souvenirs. Sète et Montpellier ont été un véritable succès lors de ces vacances. La descente de l'Orb en kayak depuis Réals a été un moment fort en famille. Nous reviendrons pour encore d'autres vacances, car nous adorons cette villa !
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances à 2 familles. La villa est superb, bien équipée et entretenue. La piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus, les enfants en ont bien profité. Les propriétaires, qui habitent à proximité, sont sympathiques et disponibles. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Nous remanions vivement cette location.
Thank you for an unforgettable week! The house and gardens have been a dream. We have been blessed with amazing weather and the pool has made the holiday for the children. Je voulais juste dire à quel point nous avons apprécié nos vacances à la villa. Elle était impeccable et parfaitement située pour accéder au supermarché, à la pâtisserie, aux plages et à de nombreux restaurants de qualité et à quelques pas de la gare - que nous avons fréquentée la plupart du temps pour aller visiter d'autres stations balnéaires. La villa était considérablement plus grande que ce à quoi nous nous attendions et était bien équipée pour notre séjour. L'emplacement résidentiel calme était un avantage après des journées bien remplies. Dans l’ensemble, c’est une propriété parfaite. Merci beaucoup.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses à la Maison Baleyssagues dans le Lot-et-Garonne. Excellentes journées à Bordeaux et à la campagne. Le temps était idéal la plupart du séjour. Superbe piscine vraiment appréciée - la meilleure de toutes jusqu'à présent. Merci beaucoup à Frédéric d'avoir été un hôte aussi accueillant. À bientôt.
10ème été en France et c'est la meilleure maison dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et passer un merveilleux séjour. Merci pour cette superbe semaine.
We came here to celebrate a couple of family birthdays and get some time together. From the moment we walked in the door we quickly came to realise what an amazing place this is. The view from the kitchen window (bu the sink) literally brought my sister to tears. ... in a very positive way. This week has allowed us to explore the area to some degree, but with so much on offer around and in the property, there was little incentive to go anywhere. The difficulty now will be to keep this gem of a property a secret from others, as we will undoubtedly tell everyone about this fantastic place. Thank you for so generously sharing your house. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette belle villa. Prendre un bain de soleil au bord de la piscine, nager et faire de l'escalade (ce ne sont seulement quelques-unes des choses que nous avons faites). Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine.
A fantastically relaxing 2 weeks. The house and pool are perfect and Hugh and Ian couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We've already booked for next year and can't wait to get back here.

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante ici. Les enfants ont passé 90 % de leurs journées dans la piscine ! Quelques sorties, une au marché d'Olonzac et à la plage, mais les meilleures journées ont été passées à la villa. Vues époustouflantes et si paisibles. J'ai apprécié cuisiner les dîners, la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Départ vers le nord dans le camping-car demain pour continuer nos vacances mais le luxe de la villa nous manquera.
Thank you! We have spent a glorious week at The Loft, which feels like a home away from home. You have been fabulous hosts, and your suggestions of places to visit and vineyards to try have been spot on. After ‘confinement’ in Paris for many months, the pool was a joy. We love the garden and it’s shady spots and enjoyed Mack and Mabel’s company. We can see why people return to this wonderful place, and we hope to be one of them very soon. Thank you again for such a lovely stay.
What a beautiful location, breathtaking. A very warm welcome, you feel at home because of the fine reception. The hosts help you with everything you could want. The gîte is also spick and span and meets all your needs. Had a very relaxing holiday. Exactly as it should be! We recommend it to everyone and will definitely come here again.
