Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la région est magnifique et révèle quelques trésors. À vous de les découvrir !!! Beaucoup d'activités à faire (poney, balade en bateau, Europarc, Lunaparc, jetski, visites de villes: Béziers, Cap d'Agde, Valras Plage... Mais notre séjour n'aurait pas été complet sans parler de cette merveilleuse villa qui offre un confort incroyable. La piscine est géniale et pour la détente, c'est le top ! Merci au personnel. Merci aux propriétaires qui comprennent les plaisirs de leurs locataires. Un grand merci!
Mission accomplished, we came for a week to rest in a family holiday and we are sad to leave. One week was not enough! Thank you for answering our few requests and we love your villa! The A/C is perfect, beds are great. All the games available and even managed to read 2 books! The ice machine, the 3 ovens... All wa perfect! Happy summer. All the best.

Very nice stay in a beautiful house. The unit is ideally located by the Canal du Midi. There are many activities to do in the area (hikes, water sports, tastings, ...). The hosts are lovely and available. We particularly appreciated the many recommendations for discovering the region. The accommodation is well decorated, spacious and well-equipped. The pool is large and not overlooked. The bedding is also nice. A big plus is the number of bathrooms that makes it easy for a large group to get organized. We had a great time in a fantastic setting with a rare value for money. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks again!
Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour au Château Des Grillauds. C'était le summum de nos vacances en Europe cet été. Cette propriété est pleine de caractère, bien équipée et confortable avec beaucoup de chambres et d'espace. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement avec de très bons marchés locaux presque tous les jours et il se trouve à moins d'une heure de Bordeaux et de vignobles remarquables tout en étant très central dans la Dordogne. Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine chauffée et maintenue à 30°C. Nous recommandons cette propriété à tout le monde. Merci beaucoup.
Thanks for a lovely week in your fabulous holiday house, it was very kind of you to let us arrive early so we could easily visit the market. It was quite entertaining seeing the gendarmes trying to organise the market day traffic (and the usual bonkers French parking!) We have stayed in quite a few properties in the South of France but not managed to find somewhere that was both walking distance to a nice town and a high spec house. Yours certainly ticked both of those boxes. Especially with the weather not being on our side, we spent a lot of time in the house and really appreciated all of the luxury living area and kitchen features. The kids loved the pool (and it did stay at 26 degrees!), so we did manage to venture in almost every day, much to the amazement of some of the locals! Thanks also for all of the information and recommendations that you and Lisa sent through before and during our stay. It was very much appreciated and hugely helpful.
We are just back from two magical weeks in this property set in a beautiful area with many Bastides to visit. The house is spacious with every required amenity hosted by the lovely owners Jean and Martin not forgetting the real star Tanner the dog. The grounds are enormous with a gorgeous pool, gazebo, huge parasols and sun-beds. The local village Lauzun is a short walk away for bread and there is a local Bar de Sport. Each Saturday night in the season the main street is closed off and tables set up for a gourmande evening... Very French! The owners will ensure that you have a good time but are in no way obtrusive. Don't miss the opportunity to try this property!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Fitou, staying in this lovely and comfortable villa. I agree with other reviewers, the pictures do not do the property justice. It is spacious with a very high finish throughout maintaining a very homely feel. Our party consisted of 2 families with 4 kids (6, 6, 2 and 2), they loved it. As for the area, well it's a really special region of France. The location is perfect for day trips to the regions finest attractions (Carcassonne, Collioure, Gruissan etc...) and equally relaxing staying local. Fitou and nearby Leucate Village are charming and the local beaches are lovely, unspoilt and crowd free. There is as much or as little to do here as you'd like. We will certainly be coming back to the area and hopefully to this villa again.

We had a wonderful week at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious house is very well equipped. The swimming pool is incredibly warm and the children (even the baby) spent hours in it. The shaded area by the pool was essential as the weather was really hot. We loved the area. It is fairly rural but with easy access to the town. The house is very child friendly with toys, high chairs and plastic bowls and plates and lots of pool accessories. All of which were appreciated by our 5 grandchildren. A fabulous, relaxing holiday. Quel beau château ! 18 membres de la famille sont venus du monde entier pour notre 50ème anniversaire de mariage ensemble.
L'appartement offre une vue imprenable et le balcon est un endroit très agréable où s'asseoir et se détendre tout en regardant la mer. Il est très spacieux et dispose également d'une table où prendre les repas en plein air. Un immense supermarché se trouve littéralement en face de l'appartement. Il est facile de prendre un train pour les grandes stations balnéaires : Monte Carlo, Cannes et Nice. Les trains sont rapides et si vous montez à l'étage, vous obtenez une vue fabuleuse sur la côte ! Nous vous recommandons également de réserver des vélos à la marina au 'Booking bikies". Il est si facile de faire du vélo grâce aux pistes cyclables tout le long de la côte. Nous sommes allés à vélo à Antibes deux fois, une ville charmante qui mérite une visite. Le trajet est complètement plat et dure environ 25 minutes. Idéal aussi pour aller courir tôt le matin ! Le long du front de mer se trouvent de nombreux restaurants et endroits où prendre un verre.
A fantastically relaxing 2 weeks. The house and pool are perfect and Hugh and Ian couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We've already booked for next year and can't wait to get back here.
Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise ici dans cette maison avec ce beau jardin et la piscine. Calme, repos et détente. Que demander de plus ? Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'attention et la disponibilité des gens à Bessan et Agde car nous avions besoin d'aide pour notre petite Leah. La chose somme toute incroyable de cette maison, c'est que l'on s'y sent chez soi très vite. Nous sommes comme dans un cocon, magnifique, reposant, vivifiant. Nous avons passé ici 15 jours incroyables, des vacances que nous garderons en souvenir durant des années. Des coins étonnants, une mer enivrante, des découvertes enrichissantes, et une bande d'amis qui se sont rapprochés grâce à ce cadre. Cette villa est d'une beauté et d'une qualité incroyable, le cadre époustouflant entre la vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil sur les Cévennes, la piscine chauffée disponible à toute heure du hour et de la nuit ajoute encore une excellence au cadre. Nous sommes ici au calme bien que nous ayons tout ce qu'il faut autour, notamment à Béziers, au Cap d'Agde, à Sigean... L'Espagne est toute proche pour un dépaysement encore plus accru. Nous reviendrons avec grande joie et vous remercions très chaleureusement.
Spending time in this lovely serene hamlet is heaven, overlooking the most calming landscaped from the house and terraces. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted for foodies and in a setting with fantastic food markets just 15 minutes in proximity. The gardens surrounding the house are beautiful and have a fabulous pool. The is French countryside brilliance at its best.

Le Séchoir Carme was a lovely holiday let and we enjoyed two weeks exploring the region from this beautiful house returning each late afternoon to enjoy the large pool and cool down before dinner. The house is well proportioned and the kitchen/living area is well designed (and equipped) with wonderful access to the outdoor dining area and pool. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday with all we needed for our young family.
Elegance and ease. The grounds have a great sense of fun for children to explore. Excellently Maintained A great pool area, sun and shaded areas so that there is something for everyone.
