We have just come back from having a fab week. It was beautiful. We had a week of wonderful hot sunshine which prevented us from using the wonderful sitting room and the fire. This would be a great place for the cooler parts of the year as well as the summer. Also the kitchen was probably the best equipped kitchen that we have ever had the pleasure to use on a self catering holiday. The Garden was lovely. All in all a great place.
Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home. We have had a wonderful time and would recommend this farmhouse to anyone. This relaxing week has been enjoyed by all and the weather has been superb. Thank you.
It was a wonderful property to stay in – everyone who stayed with us were very impressed by the house. It’s a lovely town too. The management people in Pézenas for this property were very helpful too. We are in the UK now and are missing the south of France weather.
Just a little note to say thank you so much for our lovely, restful, peaceful stay in your beautiful Loft. We're sure you saw we were well and truly exhausted after a summer running events - the Loft was THE PERFECT ANTIDOTE! All the little touches were noted and appreciated by us both and we spent a lovely evening enjoying many aperitifs with you. Many, many heartfelt thanks again. It certainly isn't Au Revoir - but A Bientot!
What a wonderful stay in a beautiful villa. We felt so at home. Peace and tranquility with spectacular views.
Absolutely beautiful - all of it! I ran in the grounds every morning before it was too hot! Loved the high ceilings and shutters. Beautiful rooms and space for everyone. Loved have the huge living room. Obviously the pool and beautiful surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen and playroom for the kids and adults! Kitchen was brilliant . Loved the range and outdoor dining area next to the pond. Easy to cook for all needs. The owners have been the best hosts (from a distance). Kind and full of knowledge and tips. They have not elevated our holiday. Thank you fo much. I would not hesitate to return!

Une maison charmante et confortable dans une belle ville. Pézenas est un endroit fantastique - vous avez un excellent emplacement ici. Merci pour tous les conseils et idées dans votre dossier - vous aimez évidemment la région et aimez l'explorer! Les «Estivals» (vins et producteurs locaux proposent leurs produits dans les rues le soir) de Pézenas étaient très amusants et juste à deux pas, tous les vendredis soirs de juillet et août.
Lovely villa, boys enjoyed the pool and the garden! Had great trips to Montpellier and Carcassonne. Visit Pézenas on a Wednesday evening and visit all of the artisans stores! For beaches the long stretch between Sète and Agde is very quiet.
We have had a most amazing week. The weather has been perfect and this beautiful house has been a haven of peace and tranquility for adults and children alike. Needless to say we don't want to go home!
A week stay with all the family. Villa Colline is a superb ultra modern luxury villa, fitted with stunning furniture and accessories. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are all very luxurious, especially the master room with its hot tub. For me, it was the pool and the numerous sun terraces which pleased me, especially the private areas with each room - little havens of peace! We had a fantastic week and we give the villa 10/10 ! Had a great stay for the week. Villa was great, very spacious, pool was excellent. Excellent communication from start to finish, was greeted on arrival and Paul was on hand to help and support when needed for advice on tourism spots on what was going on around town. Great location to Béziers and Narbonne. Villa was spacious and felt like a home from home. Location in the village is really safe and quiet. I would highly recommend.
We, two couples, stayed the last week of June and the first week of July in La Picholine. We found modern comfort in an authentic environment in the well-equipped holiday homes Maison Carrée and Joie de Vivre. You can rightly say that you enjoy life here. Privacy, beauty, friendliness, a lovely swimming pool, the beautifully maintained gardens... it all comes to you here. And what we also appreciated very much: we arrived in a house where the basic necessities were present (such as coffee, tea, herbs and olive oil) and a nice bottle of wine and delicious (home-made!) cake were ready for us, which made us feel really welcome. Moreover, the area is also very attractive. From the tranquility of the domaine you drive to the liveliness and versatility of Avignon and Villeneuve and for example to Orange. The markets are very charming in the smaller towns nearby and there is also no shortage of nice restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, certainly also because of the friendliness of the owners.
Nous venons de profiter d'un séjour de deux semaines très relaxant et agréable au Mas Saint-Martial. La maison était très confortable avec une cuisine bien équipée. Le jardin est grand avec beaucoup d'ombre très agréable quand il fait chaud. La piscine est l'une des plus belles que nous ayons eu dans tous les gîtes où nous avons séjourné en France. Assez longue pour nager et faire de l'exercice et confortablement chaude. Les propriétaires vivent dans le bâtiment adjacent et étaient très accueillants et capables de conseiller sur les achats locaux, les restaurants, mais pas du tout intrusifs. C'est un coin tranquille de la France rurale, mais il y avait beaucoup à voir et à visiter localement, avec un accès facile à la boulangerie et aux magasins, et de bons restaurants à proximité. L'un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix était le déjeuner dans le restaurant local de Saint Martial.
Large family holiday, ages varying from 2-60. Beautiful house, great outdoor area with outside pergola and table plenty big enough to sit all 13 of us which was great. As in description location is very rural so definitely need cars - supermarket is 10 minutes drive away. Estelle was very helpful leading up to our holiday, and during our stay. Answering all our questions and popped by to make sure we were happy with everything. Local area very pretty, but we stayed in August and everywhere was deserted! Apparently lots of places in France shut down in August. Very well equipped house for great holiday.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à Bessan et dans votre splendide maison. Nous sommes allés au marché local de Bessan. Pézenas est superbe, nous avons goûté du vin au Domaine Pal Mas et des crêpes à La Riposte à Agde - les deux valent le détour. Les enfants auraient profité de la piscine jusqu'à minuit si seulement nous les avions autorisés. Nous sommes très tristes de partir et serions heureux de revenir.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Le Mas Repenti. Nous avons été 3 la première semaine et la maison complète les trois autres semaines. Le porche avec la grande table et le canapé est fantastique. Dîners le soir et café sur les sofas le matin. Tous mes invités ont adoré. Et tout le monde a adoré la piscine et le pool house.

A fabulous setting for our family gathering. Some of us were here for two weeks some for one. We all enjoyed it thoroughly, the swimming pool was so restful, it was great for keeping cool, the children loved it. The outside seating being undercover was great as we ate out every night, we were able to watch an amazing lighting show one evening. The beds were very comfy, fans in the room was a real plus as the nights were hot, lots of bathrooms for a big group was also a plus. Some of us had been here a few years ago and it didn't disappoint, we would love to come back again, we loved your well stocked and very clean home
Thank you both for such wonderful hospitality. We've had a much needed peaceful and relaxing stay at Colombat. The surroundings are beautiful and it has been fascinating to learn about the history of WW2 in this region.
We had a lovely stay at Pinaux. The house conversion is beautiful and comfortable for days we didn’t go out. Everything went smoothly with the keys and check in. Henk and Renee were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for providing some basics, including coffee, milk and sugar.

We adore this house - it is our third visit this year! The atmosphere here is so conducive to being happy and relaxed. And now to expose the biggest secret of the year - Christmas at Orchard Farmhouse has been a magical experience. The Baquiés are the most agreeable hosts in the world.
Nous avons passé une semaine agréable en profitant de cette belle maison et de la piscine, des petits-déjeuners et des barbecues à l'extérieur. Nous avons eu une météo très variable mais cela nous a permis de découvrir Périgueux et Saint-Émilion. Nous recommandons vivement Aubeterre et le bar Brasserie de Verteillac Le Calice. Thank you Karen and Russell for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place. The Loft du Vigneron is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and we have stayed in many. The warm welcome we received when we arrived was lovely after our tiring journey. It was great to have you show us around, and your welcome pack was more than generous. The facilities here are all 5-Star; the Loft is spacious and airy, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and crockery and everything that you need, and more besides. All the ensuite bathrooms are of the highest standard with fluffy towels and pamper products (I want a new bathroom when I go home - I was spoiled here). Karen and Russell, you really know how to look after your guests and spoil them. We can't wait to come back next year for two weeks - one was not enough!
Nous venons de passer un séjour des plus relaxants dans un gîte 5 étoiles de premier ordre. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires Mark et Gary, charmants et attentionnés, qui nous ont offert un panier de bienvenue et un réfrigérateur à boissons, une attention toute particulière. Le gîte est joliment décoré et mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles. La piscine et la terrasse sont équipées de tout le nécessaire, avec un coin salon et repas, ainsi qu'une cuisine d'été avec barbecue et plancha. C'est un endroit paisible et tranquille où séjourner et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Thank you for a lovely two-week stay at your lovely home. The quality of accommodation was FAB! And the beds were super-comfy! The pool facilities were great and nothing was too much trouble - you truly went above and beyond! We had some lovely meals and days out on your recommendations - so thank you! We look back on our time here with very fond memories and we very much look forward to returning. Many heartfelt thanks.
