The property is set in lovely grounds; away from it all yet close to the bastide towns of Monpazier and Villereal. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which is well kept and maintained on a regular basis by one of the locals. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything you need.
Vam anar quatre parelles a passar el cap d'anyy ha estat sensacional. La casa es molt acollidira y comode. 4 habitacions amb el seu bany. La zona cuina menjador sala d'estar ample, comoda i funcional. La calefacció perfecta. La anfitriona responia quasi immediatament a les consultes que li hem fet. El poble també es molt mqco y tranquil. Un lloc molt recomanable.
A fantastic place to be, hosts are very friendly and helpful. The gîtes are beautiful decorated and the view is stunning. We had a great time and I would not hesitate to book this beautiful domaine for a holiday again. I wrote a comment in the guestbook to encourage other people to spend their vacation at La Picholine.

It hardly seems like any time at all since we arrived a fortnight past. Time flies when you’re having fun, and we’ve certainly enjoyed ourselves immensely. We have so appreciated your wonderful hospitality once more - not least the delicious bacon sandwiches! And what splendid lunches we had with two new restaurants we must definitely visit next time as we are already booked in with you for the three of us next June. We especially enjoyed exploring your beautiful garden during our stay this time. A l’annee procaine!
Thank you so much for the most incredible week, we have made so many memories. Everything about the house has been perfect, such an easy space to relax in. Our girls have loved their week and have become real water babies! We return home to the Alps feeling recharged and look forward to another visit. Heavenly spot! Best wishes from all of us.
The house is lovely, with a very calm and welcoming atmosphere - more than met our expectations. We took you at your word in regard to helping ourselves to some tomatoes and grapes from the garden - The grapes in particular were delicious - Small things, but they add to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
We had an amazing stay here in Narbonne! The photos you see are beautiful but the house is even better in person. It was so comfortable, beautful decor, thoughtful touches (like throw blankets, baskets for market, plenty of closet space with extra hangers, extensive kitchen equipment, more...), gorgeous lighting and cozy/high quality bedding (so important when travelling). We felt so at home and enjoyed our down time while in the house!The sunroom was our sanctuary during our stay... our reading room while there... the natural light is so perfect with the back sliding window open and the breeze coming in! Heaven!
Merci pour cette semaine très agréable à la Maison Brunet. C'était l'endroit idéal où passer plusieurs jours passionnants. Le Gouffre de Padirac, les hauteurs rocheuses de Rocamadour, la cité médiévale de Monpazier et bien d'autres choses encore… Mais c'était toujours un plaisir de revenir à la Maison Brunet.
La propriété est incroyable et Christophe et son épouse sont d'excellents hôtes. Sa communication avec nous a été excellente et ils ont été très accueillants et heureux de fournir des informations sur ce qu'il faut faire localement. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et espérons y retourner à l'avenir. La maison est exactement comme indiqué sur les photos, est très propre et dispose d'une cuisine très bien équipée. Chaque chambre ayant sa propre salle de bain est un luxe. Nous avons séjourné en famille élargie et je recommande vivement cette propriété.
Très belle propriété : mas provençal authentique. Tout le confort dans la maison, très bien équipée avec un très vaste espace. Terrasse ombragée très agréable. jardin très bien entretenu. Piscine de belle dimension idéale pour la nage ou les jeux et très bien abritée du Mistral.
Galina était une hôtesse formidable et accommodante. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans sa villa. Les photos et les descriptions sont exactes. À noter simplement que les chambres communicantes du premier étage ont une entrée indépendante. De manière plus générale et même s'il y a quelques éléments qui pourraient être améliorés, nous recommanderons certainement la villa.
It is difficult to put into words how special our stay has been. Everything about the Loft is first class and we are going to miss it dearly. On top of that, all your little touches have been incredibly helpful and generous. Above all though, you have been the most warm, considerate and welcoming hosts - you really could not have done anything else to help us. Having travelled extensively we definitely rate you as the best! Of course, we have loved exploring the area, including a wonderful trip to the Pyrenees, and we are very keen to get to know it better. Finally, the last word goes to Mack and Mabel - they are adorable and we have enjoyed sneaking down for cuddles. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

An absolute joy to stay here! The Loft is perfect in every way. Karen and Russell have literally thought of everything. A wonderful kitchen and gorgeous crockery, loads of utensils - it was a joy to use! Undoubtedly for our four teenagers the Loft terrace has been a major hit. Many an hour has been spent lounging around listening to the water trickling along. Totally relaxing. The recommendations were perfect for things to do, restaurants and vineyards to visit. Karen was so right about la Cite at Carcassonne - beautiful. Many thanks for the welcome, the chats and the wine - we will definitely be back!
Nous avons passé un séjour des plus merveilleux dans la propriété. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine incroyable. À l’intérieur, tout est mis en place pour un séjour confortable pour tous : les enfants ont adoré les hamacs ! Merci de la rendre si accueillante. J'espère que nous reviendrons très bientôt.
Thank you! We have had a wonderful stay at your beautiful guest house. The decor is absolutely stunning and Susanne and I have been coveting your crockery and cacti for 2 weeks. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de Caterina à notre arrivée. Ce gîte est vraiment charmant et très bien aménagé. Le lit était confortable, la douche excellente et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le temps est actuellement automnal, frais avec des averses. Malgré cela, nous avons exploré un endroit différent chaque jour : Sarlat, Domme, Château de Losse. En lisant les commentaires d'autres voyageurs dans ce guide, nous avons découvert de jolis villages que nous ne connaissions pas : Fanlac, Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, Saint-Amand-de-Coly et Saint-Géniès. Tous offrent de magnifiques panoramas sur la campagne environnante. Ce gîte serait idéal pour un séjour estival, avec sa belle piscine et ses espaces repas extérieurs. La semaine est passée bien trop vite, mais nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs et de nombreuses photos. Merci Caterina et Steve.
Merci pour ce agréable séjour au Mas des Rivailles. Notre famille de cinq personnes y a séjourné pendant deux semaines en août 2023 et nous avons passé un très bon moment. Il est très spacieux et moderne, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. La température de la piscine était parfaite et nous avons trouvé l'eau salée assez agréable. Les transats et l'aménagement de la piscine permettent des moments de détente au bord de la piscine et nous avons apprécié particulièrement la très grande salle de jeux avec table de ping-pong, billard et baby-foot ainsi que de nombreux jouets pour nos trois enfants. Les chambres étaient propres et équipées de draps de qualité et de serviettes moelleuses ainsi que d'un espace de rangement suffisant pour nos affaires. La buanderie/cellier était également très utile pour stocker de la nourriture et laver nos vêtements facilement. Frédéric était serviable et attentif comme toujours et a rendu notre séjour très confortable, faisant venir des ventilateurs supplémentaires lorsque nous en avons fait la demande, car notre séjour coïncidait avec une vague de chaleur. La famille du propriétaire qui vit dans la ferme voisine était très sympathique et serviable et a répondu à tous nos problèmes. L'emplacement de la maison est également idéal pour explorer la région avec de nombreuses villes et activités intéressantes à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous le recommanderons certainement ! Thank you so much for your hospitality and attentiveness during our week with you. Your property really is the most wonderful place - both to stay and to explore this part of France. The gardens provide both a sense of space and tranquility - the pool and its surrounding terrace is a real sun trap and as the days turn to evening the raised terrace at the front of the property is just ideal for those pre-dinner drinks, enjoying the conversation while soaking up the amazing view across the rolling countryside as the sun goes down - perfect. We particularly loved the atmosphere and seclusion of the rear courtyard and the outdoor kitchen and lounge area was a delight for our al fresco dining! The other beauty of the property is its great location which provides a base for touring around the region - fantastic. We are both looking forward to coming out again ! Thanks again.

A été le séjour le plus merveilleux ici! Gastronomie incroyable et vues dignes de cinéma. Sans parler des hôtes exceptionnels ! J'ai hâte de revenir.
Nous avons passé un agréable moment paisible ici. La maison a été magnifiquement et soigneusement conçue. Les montagnes sont magnifiques au petit matin. Excursions fascinantes, bien que chaudes - Châteaux cathares, abbayes et restaurants - une belle région à explorer. Merci beaucoup.

Merci d'avoir partagé avec nous cette charmante oasis à Sarlat. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine ici. La maison est tout simplement parfaite et l'emplacement incroyable. Les points forts incluent : La ville de Sarlat elle-même, le Gouffre de Padirac, Domme, Rocamadour, le canoë sur la Dordogne, la visite de Beynac et Castlenaud et bien sûr la piscine ! Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques et inoubliables et espérons y retourner.
I would, rather belatedly, like to say how much we (5 adults and two girls aged 3 and 6) enjoyed our stay end of May in Maison La Perouse. The gorgeous house worked well for our 3 generations; it was so comfortable and very well equipped. Although the weather wasn’t brilliant the girls played and ran around in the fabulous garden whenever possible. However the trampoline was the highlight for them. The pool and fab BBQ were at their best on the last 2 days when the sun eventually showed its face. Finally, Sue was a fabulous host and always on hand when needed, especially when I tripped the dryer. She took all the wet washing, used her own dryer and then hung everything up - such service! This is a wonderful house, not just for families but for everyone who likes comfort, space and great tourist destinations within about an hours drive. Thank you Sue and Pure France.
Relaxing, quiet, perfect for families or a group of friends. Beautiful views, light airy rooms, all rooms with ensuite shower room (1 with bath), outside area to eat and pool to cool down. The lady who looks after the villa was very helpful and friendly.
