Nous avons passé deux semaines superbes dans votre belle maison. Elle est calme, propre et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le grand jardin est agréable avec beaucoup d'ombre. Nous avons adoré aussi le tennis de table. Mais nous avons surtout aimé la piscine, par temps chaud.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, merci ! C'est une si belle partie de la France. Nous avons réalisé que nous avions séjourné dans une maison juste de l'autre côté de Lauzerte il y a environ 7 ans à l'époque avant d'avoir les enfants et quand nous pouvions conduire une décapotable! La maison a été si bien aménagée et l'agencement a très bien fonctionné pour nous en tant que famille. La vue était fabuleuse! Et nous avons adoré avoir l'auberge au coin de la rue. Nous pourrions bien revenir!
Villa comfortable and well equipped - teenagers enjoyed all the facilities including lovely pool.
C'est notre troisième visite à la Villa - nous commençons à nous sentir comme à la maison ! Un autre séjour merveilleux - nous avons encore passé un très bon moment et sommes désolés de laisser la paix et la tranquillité derrière nous. Merci à Frédéric comme toujours pour l'accueil très chaleureux, toujours là en cas de besoin. Tant de souvenirs à ramener à la maison et merci de nous avoir permis de rester dans votre belle maison.

Can't believe the stay is almost at an end. We have had a lovely time and the weather promised poorly but delivered very well, which enabled daily swimming in the brilliant pool. We all enjoyed the games of TT (table tennis) and boules competitions. So many interesting things to do in the surrounding area; we only managed Bergerac twice. Once for a wine tasting in the wonderful Maison du Vin and once for a very enjoyable boat trip. Golfing Black Kheri and the walk around the lake Les Graoussettes. The cave at Les Eyzies was very informative and curious to note the difference in scenery; handles not to be missed! Apart from the BBQ provided, we happened on Thursday Market at Monpazier; simply great and such a pretty place. We also enjoyed the marché gourmand at Villeréal (every Monday from 6.30pm. Bring tablecloth, cutlery and drinking vessels). Their counterparts in Issigeac on Thursdays during summer. Restaurant L’Atelier in Issigeac was a wonderful treat on our penultimate day and we would suggest booking a place at their mini, shared table and great food and plenty of wine.
A huge thank you for making us feel so welcome, we've had a wonderful week in your beautiful property. This has been by far the best house we have stayed in, full of history, character and the personal touch. The pool has been amazing. Evening barbecues have been the highlight. Your kind gift of wine, beers and charcuterie set us up well for the week.
Nous avons passé deux semaines bien remplies et c'était tellement agréable de retourner dans une maison paisible et propre avec un joli jardin pour se détendre. Nous avons réservé pour revenir en 2020 et nous attendons déjà avec impatience. L'appartement est entièrement équipé avec toutes les indispensables pour un court séjour.
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à Villa Galinette en juillet. La maison était très bien équipée et accueillante.
Je voulais juste vous remercier pour ces 2 semaines merveilleuses dans votre charmante maison. Il y a tant à faire dans la région ! C'était très amusant.
There were 9 of us meeting for the weekend in the beautiful cottage restored by Christophe's hands. Everything was perfect, from communication before the stay, Christophe's welcome and his legendary conviviality! The place is amazing, it's perfect for sharing special moments with friends and family. The cottage is very well equipped, the decoration is also very beautiful and the place allows you to party well. I can only recommend choosing this place for its charm and the quality of its host Christophe’ Thanks again, Hope to see you soon.
Very enjoyable, well kitted and at a logged location for a lazy 'by the pool' sort of break. Love the poolhouse area and very nice interior decor. Gary and Louise were most helpful and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Monflanquin was good fun and we enjoyed the day and night markets. Great for all ages.
A great place to stay, ideally located for Vouvant, which is a lovely town and a genuine short walk for something good to eat and drink. Fontenay-le-Comte is an interesting large market town. Fervent is worth exploring with pretty forests, lakes and rivers. The owners pool is a good size and adjoins their property. The hosts were very welcoming.
We've had a blissful week here. The house is beautifully and very stylishly renovated and is extremely comfortable and easy to live in. The surrounding environment is stunning. We've loved picking fresh figs straight from the tree breakfast and getting to know the local wines.
Chers Gay et Richard, merci infiniment d'avoir partagé votre belle maison avec nous! Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux endroits magnifiques, je peux assurer que celui-ci a été le nec plus ultra. Dégoûté d'écrire ces lignes car cela signifie au revoir mais reconnaissant d'avoir découvert un petit paradis. Encore une fois merci. Nous espérons vous revoir bientôt.
Merveilleux séjour ici à Sarlat. Cette maison est parfaite pour visiter la région. Beaucoup de belles choses à faire à proximité. La maison est dans un endroit magnifique et avec les températures élevées de cette semaine, la piscine a été une aubaine. Tout dans la maison est adapté aux visiteurs et elle est vraiment bien équipée. C'est ma première fois en Dordogne et c'est absolument magnifique. Je reviendrai certainement bientôt. Merci Jackie et Geoff pour ces merveilleuses vacances.
We had a fabulous holiday, thank you ! What a lovely location; very peaceful but within easy access of a variety of places to visit - Nice, Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, Grasse and everything to offer along the French Riviera. The house is large and comfortable with space for families or groups of friends to spread out. There is ample outside space to enjoy - around the pool, behind the house to have shade and beside the kitchen for a morning cup of coffee. The view from the pool is stunning allowing one to see a huge distance along the coast - that will live long in our memory!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La propriété était joliment meublée et équipée et a dépassé nos attentes. Nous la recommanderions à tout le monde!
Wanted to say a massive thank you for letting us stay at your incredible house. How lucky you are to have that place - from the family photos, it looks like you have a lot of great memories from years gone by. We had a very relaxing time hanging out with our family at the house and thoroughly enjoyed pottering around the French countryside. It was just what the doctor ordered! Patrick and Jayne were also very helpful throughout our stay so please do thank them for their amazing hospitality
We booked the Manoir de Monflanquin in Oct 2020. It was between lockdowns and it was a very weird and scary time for us as a family. We were so looking forward to the holiday. We then postponed it due to the travel restrictions in 2021, we just didn’t want to risk it. It’s the longest time we’ve ever waited for a holiday. Our holiday in Monflanquin was the best holiday we’ve ever had and we’ve been on some great ones! The house was elegant but robust enough to cope with the 9 of us. It was better than the photos we’d been pouring over for two years. We never got used to the views, the space and beauty of the place. The pool, garden, hammocks, table tennis, badminton net and pool table kept us fully entertained. The kitchen was such a lovely place to be and so delightfully organised. We all took it in turns to cook and had gorgeous evenings outside chatting and eating at the tables out front. The weather was incredible - we had days of glorious sunshine and then spectacular electrical storms. When it rained we just wandered into Monflanquin, set up camp in a pretty cafe and played cards. The view of Monflanquin from the garden always made me pause and remember how lucky we were. The views of the house as we strolled round the fields also gave us joy. It sat so firmly and proudly on its plot. Please thank the owners for providing such a lovely place for us to all get together. It was perfect. Thank you from us all.
Saint-Sulpice surpassed all our expectations and your eye for detail in all areas was truly impressive. The surrounding area is beautiful too, but your house made our holiday and was very hard to leave. I think we will all be raving about it for a long time to come, as it is the nicest and most comfortable holiday home we have stayed in. Most importantly, it was a pleasure to meet you both and you were wonderful hosts. We wish you all the very best and Saint-Sulpice is sure to be highly successful. We hope to return too and stay longer next time.

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour aux Remparts. La maison est vraiment bien équipée et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour très confortable. Les photos ne rendent pas vraiment justice à l'espace disponible. Dîner à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur est facile et pouvoir socialiser au bord de la piscine est également extrêmement confortable avec le coin salon et le bar couvert avec des sièges confortables. Il y a aussi des endroits pour prendre du temps pour soi avec des vues incroyables et où profiter du calme. Alissa, l'hôte, était extrêmement serviable et très réactive lorsque nous avions besoin d'elle. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander les Remparts et j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Merci pour ce séjour fabuleux.
C'était notre deuxième séjour ici. La maison est super et les enfants adorent la piscine. La maison est belle et propre. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt !
Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans votre maison. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment avec nos enfants. Le temps était splendide. Just a little note to say thank you so much for our lovely, restful, peaceful stay in your beautiful Loft. We're sure you saw we were well and truly exhausted after a summer running events - the Loft was THE PERFECT ANTIDOTE! All the little touches were noted and appreciated by us both and we spent a lovely evening enjoying many aperitifs with you. Many, many heartfelt thanks again. It certainly isn't Au Revoir - but A Bientot!
We have all enjoyed staying in your magnificent Maison Richelieu. The house and village of Richelieu is a wonderful location for exploring the Loire Valley which we have all done. The décor of the maison is fantastic and we have taken ideas with us for what we can do in our own houses when we return home. Thank you again for our time here!
