An amazing house with everything we needed for a family of 3 generations to get together. Spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated, great swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Close to the main square full of restaurants, bars and shops. Evening and weekly markets in the town were lively and well worth a visit. Our host was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We would certainly recommend. Fabulous!
I have stayed here with friends on several occasions and the tranquility and serenity is something to treasure. Maison Bourriette and gardens are furnished to the highest standard with a special courtyard enclosed in the original barn walls. The pool and surroundings cater for the most ardent sunbather or swimmer. The welcome you receive is personal and nothing is too much trouble, thus ensuring your best possible stay. From the house you are near to many interesting attractions dotted around the rolling countryside but if you don't want to leave the sanctuary of the house, then there are numerous delightful walks on the doorstep taking you through woods to small settlements or even into Montaigu for quality food and drink. I cannot wait to go back again!
This flat was wonderful. Location is great, 5 minute drive from Beaulieu, 10 minute walk to train station. Coffee and snacks right at the edge of the property and a few restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet area. Right on the water. This flat had absolutely everything we could want to enjoy our stay. Kitchen is a nice size and has all amenities. The two bedrooms were great. Dining area and living room were spacious and comfortable and the balcony was large and nicely furnished. Washer and dryer were convenient to have. Communication with Ben and the owner was easy. The place also came with beach chairs. The only clarification I’d make is that the bathroom is one toilet, one shower and one sink.
Lovely quiet house with pool in the heart of a pretty village - garden well maintained and flowered with magnificent views of the Dordogne - Interior decoration - friendly welcome - Geographical location (30 minutes from Sarlat and Domme) - The area is superb. There are numerous activities and visiting castles or cities, biking and canoeing... Well recommended!
Le Garden Cottage a été magnifiquement restauré et est très confortable et bien aménagé. Les équipements sont excellents et la piscine est exceptionnelle. Son emplacement est idéal, à proximité de nombreuses attractions et de nombreux excellents restaurants.
Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances dans votre magnifique château. Chaque instant a été agréable et je suis plein d'admiration pour la façon dont vous avez restauré la maison avec amour pendant 15 ans, l'atmosphère est très calme et relaxante. Ce fut certainement des vacances inoubliables, dans un cadre et une région de France si charmants.
What a lovely week we have had. The garden is great our dogs have loved exploring. The pool is wonderful to cool down in. Your house has everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning walk for croissants and bread from the bakers. We found a great vineyard to visit Domaine de Soustres - we tried many and enjoyed the rose. Had a lovely lunch at La Bistro really good food and value. Thank you.

Kids really enjoyed the grounds and plenty to keep them entertained even when the weather was not as nice. So much space to run around and explore. Great pool, very clean. Owners went above and beyond to help us, even offering to give us a lift when needed. Welcoming and friendly reception from Nick and Takayla - really helpful and on hand when needed.
It has been a great pleasure meeting you both and staying with you. We thoroughly enjoyed our first evening with you both and learning a little about the area. What you have done with your property is truly magnificent despite the artisans! We enjoyed following your recommendations for places to visit and have navigated our way through the vineyards - thank you for our adventures! We went to Narbonne and saw synchronized kite flying that was really exciting to watch. We will really miss the gardens and pool. Au revoir.
We stayed in Maison Rohmer for 11 nights in June and thoroughly enjoyed the house and peaceful setting at the end of a private track. Everything was very clean and well furnished with excellent bathrooms and plenty of hot water. We swam in the pool every day bar one, when there was a big thunderstorm that drenched the area and had a strange effect of gradually turning the colour of the water in the pool to green, but was perfectly ok to swim in. The owner was on hand to answer any queries we had despite being in the USA at the time of our stay, something that we both appreciated greatly. Gordes and the area around was lovely with so many beautiful towns and villages to explore on foot or bike or car, a great area of France to return to again.

Une maison au calme très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Les enfants ont profité du très joli jardin, des jeux de ballon et de raquette. La terrasse est agréable pour les repas. La maison est idéalement conçue pour un espace intérieur calme et serein. Nous avons apprécié les excursions dans la région et notre tournoi de tennis.
Je voulais juste dire combien nous avons apprécié nos 2 semaines aux Granels. La maison et les installations ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Nous avons également été ravis du service que nous avons reçu de Pure France, chaque question a été traitée rapidement et efficacement.
Such a great place to stay. It's so peaceful, really well laid out and perfect for groups big or small. Close enough to the main town and well located for golf or wine country. Hosts were super helpful and welcoming and the house itself is gorgeous. Great pool, facilities and entertaining areas - we'll definitely be going back.
Très bon séjour chez Eva pendant une semaine fin août. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire (plusieurs salles de bains notamment). Avec le studio, nous avons pu passer des vacances à quatre couples et enfants. L'extérieur, avec piscine, barbecue et plancha est parfait pour passer un excellent séjour. Une table de ping-pong est également à disposition. Eva est très à l'écoute et la communication a été parfaite durant cette semaine. Elle saura vous donner des idées balades ou vous dépanner si besoin. Je recommande
We spent 2 weeks at Mas Saint-Cernin. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. John and Lesley provided excellent information before our arrival about the property, the local area and very clear travel directions. There was even a welcome basket of essentials for our breakfast on arrival. We had a fabulous time and hope to visit again.

Emplacement calme avec vue imprenable. Jo et John n'auraient pas pu être plus serviables et Jo est un cuisinier incroyable avec un gâteau et du vin pour nous accueillir ! Les communications avec John et Jos ont été très rapides et utiles Jo a aidé à communiquer avec le vétérinaire pour organiser le retour des chiens au Royaume-Uni, la réservation de restaurants et des conseils sur les marchés et les endroits à visiter. La cuisine est bien équipée car nous avons mangé la plupart des soirs. Nourrir les poules et ramasser les œufs était très amusant. Nous n'avons pas eu de beau temps, mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup pédalé dans la région et sommes allés pour visiter les attractions pendant des journées. Du plan de la propriété, je n'ai pas réussi à régler la situation de la salle de bain entre la première chambre et la chambre superposée. C'est une salle de bain jack and jill. Nous avons tous trouvé les lits très confortables. La piscine est charmante et John l'entretient très bien et il y a beaucoup de choses à faire pour les grands et les petits enfants à la propriété. Nous y étions depuis trois semaines et nous n'avions toujours pas le temps de tout faire.
This is a beautiful property and it is well taken care of. We had everything we could possibly think of to enjoy an amazing weekend with family. I imagine this estate as a perfect venue for anything from a group holiday to a wedding. We would definitely stay again.
9 d'entre nous sont restés pour la semaine. Nous avons passé un superbe moment ! Cette vila est tellement bien équipée et propre ! La piscine a gardé tout le monde occupé et au frais - nous avons eu des températures passé les 30, donc nous en avions besoin. Le canoë à Roquebrun est un incontournable, une belle journée pour tous les âges. Pézenas, Séte, Mèze toutes des villes charmantes. Le quartier est très calme et les gens sont très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons.
Very enjoyable, well kitted and at a logged location for a lazy 'by the pool' sort of break. Love the poolhouse area and very nice interior decor. Gary and Louise were most helpful and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Monflanquin was good fun and we enjoyed the day and night markets. Great for all ages.
