Cottage du Jardin est magnifiquement entretenu et présente un intérieur magnifique. Ce qui nous a vraiment impressionnés, c'est son emplacement paisible au sein du parc des propriétaires et la piscine paisible où l'on peut se prélasser un après-midi ensoleillé. Le cottage se trouve à environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied du village. Vous y trouverez une petite épicerie proposant de tout pour satisfaire vos besoins, ainsi qu'un restaurant proposant de délicieux repas à des prix très raisonnables. À essayer absolument lors de votre séjour. Si vous préférez faire vos courses, deux grands supermarchés sont à 10 minutes en voiture, sur la route de Montignac. Montignac est une jolie ville avec de charmants restaurants au bord de la rivière. Le cottage est idéalement situé pour visiter les sites touristiques locaux, qu'il s'agisse d'un château comme le Château de Losse ou le Château des Milandes avec ses magnifiques jardins, ou de jolies villes et villages, nos préférés étant Saint-Léon, La Roque-Gageac et Domme. Un ciel bleu magnifique tous les jours avec des températures atteignant 36 degrés un jour. Cela nous a donné l'excuse parfaite pour passer quelques jours à nous prélasser au bord de la piscine et à nous ressourcer dans un cadre magnifique. En résumé, grâce au gîte, à la météo et à des hôtes parfaits, nous avons passé une semaine formidable, mais nous sommes repartis un peu tristes. Cependant, nous savons que nous reviendrons, plus longtemps la prochaine fois, car il y a encore beaucoup à voir dans cette belle région de France. Ce furent vraiment nos meilleures vacances. You could not wish for more in a holiday accommodation. Everything about this place is perfect – the warm welcome by the hosts, the beautifully designed and furnished gite, the very special location and brilliant views over vineyards, forest and softly rolling hills, the helpful recommendations from Esther and Leonard. We only have one regret – and that is that we didn’t stay long enough.

Many thanks for a great family holiday in a wonderful setting. La Ferme Éclaircie is great and proved perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed cooling off in the fantastic pool. The area and scenery are great also and we recommend the prune festival in Agen! We would love to come back.
This flat was wonderful. Location is great, 5 minute drive from Beaulieu, 10 minute walk to train station. Coffee and snacks right at the edge of the property and a few restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet area. Right on the water. This flat had absolutely everything we could want to enjoy our stay. Kitchen is a nice size and has all amenities. The two bedrooms were great. Dining area and living room were spacious and comfortable and the balcony was large and nicely furnished. Washer and dryer were convenient to have. Communication with Ben and the owner was easy. The place also came with beach chairs. The only clarification I’d make is that the bathroom is one toilet, one shower and one sink.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la Villa Lavinière, plus une maison qu'une location ! Une virée à Grasse. Un déjeuner à Minerve (superbe crêperie). Abbaye de Fontfroide et déjeuner au restaurant mais il faut réserver. Vieille ville de Carcassonne. Ne manquez pas le petit train, le canal du midi et le marché couvert. Restaurant à Féline-Minervois. Marché d'Olonzac le mardi matin. Une baignade dans la piscine tous les jours. Observer le ciel nocturne. Juste s'allonger sur les transats au bord de la piscine. Merci de nous avoir permis de partager votre maison.
The house was great - please thank the owners for putting together such a lovely experience. As you know, we all had a very good time, and there were no real quibbles from our perspective. It’s a wonderful place to spend a couple of weeks
Notre séjour avec des amis à Duras en août 23 était exceptionnel grâce à cette grande maison faite pour des moments de partage. En effet la maison est très spacieuse avec des espaces suffisamment séparés pour que chacun ait des activités différentes. Plusieurs terrasses exposées différemment permettent de profiter de l’extérieur à divers moments de la journée. Nos enfants ont profité autant que nous de la piscine dont le système de sécurité est très rassurant. La maison reste fraîche malgré la chaleur, et sa cuisine bien équipée a permis de vrais moments conviviaux à préparer les repas. Enfin la maison est idéalement située, dans le bourg très sympathique et au pied du magnifique château. Une parenthèse enchantée à partager avec la famille et les amis.
Un cadre exceptionnel. En déplacement professionnel pour 3 jours , j'ai découvert un logement très agréable et deux personnes magnifiques , Merci encore a David et kirstie pour leur accueille et le gentillesse . Je ne manquerez pas de recommander cette jolie et agréable maison au temps pour un déplacement professionnelle que pour venir se reposer en famille dans cette maison au cœur familiale pour venir se reposer l'esprit.

We have had the most wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. The pool was a sanctuary in the heat. The house is perfect for exploring this lovely part of the south of France. Can we come back, please..?
Notre semaine de vacances passée en votre propriété a été un succès. A l'unanimité, la maison est impeccable, très très propre et avec beaucoup d'attentions ( produits d'accueil dans les salles de bain, linge récent et propre, panier de bienvenue, jeux). ... La grange avec la table de ping pong, les fléchettes, le baby foot, le billard et où nous avons pu faire du sport, est formidable. Les grandes ballades autour des vignes avec Tutus m'ont ravie, malgré les averses. Le Super U de Mirambeau a un très beau rayon boucherie. La viande est excellente. Le rayon poissonnerie, avec ses huîtres, crevettes, poissons est également excellent. Tracy se donne beaucoup de mal pour que tout soit impeccable à l'arrivée des vacanciers. Le bouquet de fleurs fraîches sur la table à notre arrivée est encore une attention que tous avons notée.
Both properties were finished to an extremely high standard and provided luxurious and comfortable accommodation for all 15 of us (with some room to spare!). It was immediately apparent upon our arrival that a great deal of love and attention to detail has gone into making the domaine the place that it is and we felt very privileged to be able to enjoy everything that the property has to offer.
Fab house! What a lovely property! Lots of space. We were a big family group, mixed ages. The pool was a godsend as the weather was tres chaud! Beautiful sunsets. The place was very well equipped. The owner was very communicative and helpful to my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Really nice to receive some wine and coffee on arrival too. What a wonderful holiday we have had! Sad it’s over
À l'arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, Caterina et Steve, rien n'était trop leur demander. Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux beaux lieux au fil des ans, mais cet endroit est vraiment spécial et un parfait petit bijou... l'intérieur est magnifiquement soigné avec de nombreux détails bien pensés, des fleurs fraîches aux bâtons d'encens... Caterina garde l'endroit impeccable, et comme neuf, un second chez-soi! Steve travaille dur pour maintenir la piscine et les jardins en parfait état, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous avions séjourné en famille dans la ville voisine de Sarlat avant notre arrivée, ce qui était plutôt mouvementé, et nous avions hâte de nous détendre et de pouvoir décompresser... côté détente et tranquillité, cet endroit est difficile à battre, l'emplacement est fabuleux, et nous reviendrions de suite!

So calm and relaxed! We arrived on Saturday at your beautiful, beautiful house and we enjoy it so much. Thank you very much for the lovely card and the excellent bottle of wine. We did enjoy it yesterday in the evening by the pool. It is so calm here and the pool and everything else is so amazing. We never had such a relaxed holiday for years.

A beautiful romantic setting carefully renovated by the owner to give a wonderful Provençal experience. The closeness to Gordes and all the other hill top villages nearby made this a dream vacation for myself and my family.
What an incredible home base! We felt so fortunate to return here every day after days spent exploring the beautiful towns of Lot and the Dordogne. We wondered whether we might find Castelnau-Montratier to be a little too quiet, but were always grateful for the respite. The house and its quiet luxury hiding behind the unassuming little gate was a constant surprise to us and we loved every minute. Many thanks to Barbara for quickly responding to our every query. We are already wondering when we'll return! P.S. Viking chess is our new favourite game!
Stayed at the property for two weeks at the end of July. The property has been beautifully renovated and most things are on hand at the villa. The house has everything that’s needed for family and friends to enjoy from a great kitchen to a nice garden and patio and good sized pool. All in all this is a beautiful house in a lovely setting and I would certainly return.

The villa was amazing and had everyone we wanted in it. Charlotte was amazing and we especially loved the pool/decking area. Hopefully we'll be back soon!
Very pretty new hotel, charmingly furnished in the beautiful wine village of Meursault. You can get to Beaune very quickly, but Dijon is also easily accessible by car. Very nice, warm hosts.
