Pete has been a brilliant host with lots of recommendations. Thank you! We have had a fantastic stay at a beautiful location. With our 3 children (12, 10 and 7) we have really enjoyed Chateau de Biron – lots of outdoor toys / games for the kids + a nice picnic area. Lac de Lougratte – safe swimming / paddling for little ones, a diving pontoon and inflatable courses for older ones. Take a picnic! Canoeing (Canoe Rabaska) + Monflanquin night market at Loubéjac.
Nous revenons tout juste du Château des Dragons après de merveilleuses vacances en famille, à sept adultes et cinq enfants. À notre arrivée dans ce château historique, nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont fait visiter leur magnifique demeure et son superbe mobilier d'époque. Ils nous avaient préparé un panier de bienvenue garni de spécialités locales et de produits de première nécessité. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et décorées dans le respect du style d'époque. La cuisine était équipée d'appareils modernes et de tout le nécessaire. La terrasse arrière disposait d'une grande table où nous pouvions tous dîner ensemble et faire un barbecue. La piscine chauffée a été très appréciée, surtout des enfants. Le vaste parc boisé était idéal pour se promener et jouer. Un havre de paix pour se ressourcer.
Je voulais juste dire que nous avions passé un fantastique séjour à La Pinède. Quelle jolie propriété située au cœur d'une si belle région, et vraiment très bien équipée. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas loué 3 semaines!
Thank you for the most wonderful stay at the Piglet. From the warm welcome on the first day to our chats, drinks and little contacts throughout the week, you have been as much a highlight of our holiday as the wonderful home. And that is no mean feat... The Piglet Barn is immaculate throughout and has felt like our own home in this beautiful village. You and your friends around town have made us feel so welcome. We have honestly felt so privileged to have met you and we will absolutely be raving about you to friends and family when we get home.
The house is great for a large group and the surroundings are really beautiful. The fig and almond trees in the gardens were in full fruit too. The pool area would benefit from shade such as the awning in the online picture. The weather was very hot while we were there and the upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. Take not that the a/c is only in the living area.
C'est notre troisième visite et c'est toujours un grand plaisir de revenir. Nous avons plus que jamais profité de la piscine ! Belle maison, beau temps, des vacances parfaites. Merci, nous reviendrons une fois de plus.
Had a great 2 weeks. All enjoyed Pézenas and surrounds. Visited Montpellier, Sète, Nîmes. Lovely holiday.
Story book house in a story book setting... We very happily spent the month of August in this charming, comfortable and clean Provençal house. Although it's only minutes from marvellous food shopping and useful services (super market, cafés, restaurants, fitness center, bank, etc. ) it feels private and a world apart. The owner was unfailingly gracious and readily available by phone or email to her London location. As for the world famous village of Gordes and the whole Luberon area... it's one of our most favorite places on the planet.
From the moment I arrived at Les Cazettes, I was completely mesmerised by it. Every corner of the villa has the most beautiful architecture, thoughtful design and authentic charm in every detail, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Each room is a masterpiece. All that beautiful furniture and chandeliers speak of timeless elegance and gives it much more personality than any modern soulless contemporary interior designs that is more common to find among luxury villas. As someone who deeply values nature, the villa's surroundings became my nirvana place. With colourful fields that seem to stretch infinitely and forests that attract to explore it, there’s a certain magic that Les Cazettes holds. The air here is different - it’s charged with an energy so vibrant, yet very calming. It's rare to find a place that can give you the feeling of being home, especially when you're miles away from what you’ve always known. It’s an oasis where happiness isn’t just felt, it's lived. I've spent such beautiful moments here, makes me feel so warmly nostalgic as I write this review. Bring your favourite people with you and step into that bubble that feels from another world. A place where joy isn’t just a sporadic emotion but a permanent atmosphere that surrounds you. It's not just a holiday spot - it’s an experience, a journey, a lifestyle that I never wanted to end. To the team behind this gem, thank you for creating such a unique place. To those considering a visit, prepare for an experience that words can’t properly describe.
Merci beaucoup, Philippe et Federica, d'avoir été si accueillants, généreux et arrangeants envers notre famille pendant notre séjour dans votre charmante villa. Des pâtisseries fraîches du matin, vous êtes plus qu'un hôte - et cela, combiné au confort et à l'environnement de la villa, c'est ce qui a rendu ces vacances si spéciales. Nous avons tous adoré : le confort des lits et la qualité du linge, l'eau chaude irréprochable et la propreté de la piscine. Cette villa fonctionne vraiment, nous permettant de passer des vacances sans stress ! Tant de souvenirs heureux ont été créés. Nous espérons revenir avec un nouveau venu, mais en attendant, au revoir et merci beaucoup.
Chaque partie de la maison regorge de détails et de charme. Toutes les autres maisons vont pâlir en comparaison maintenant ! Nous serions ravis de pouvoir revenir.

We have had the most wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. The pool was a sanctuary in the heat. The house is perfect for exploring this lovely part of the south of France. Can we come back, please..?
We’ve just come back from a wonderful stay at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious and well maintained accommodation met the needs of our party of 15 perfectly, ranging from ages 1 to 85. The accommodation was even nicer than shown in the photos, as the sitting room had been refurbished. We particularly loved the on site activities (table tennis, pétanque, pool etc) and the sitting area by the pool! There were many thoughtful touches, including toys for younger children, board games and a well stocked kitchen. The site managers were on hand to help with any queries and advise on places to visit. The Manoir is well located close to Casteljaloux for supermarket, shops, market etc and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. We’d certainly love to stay here again!
Very comfortable gite with friendly and helpful yet unobtrusive hosts. Lovely pool. Just 10 minutes drive to excellent boulangerie and general store.
We have had a fantastic, relaxing week in a beautiful part of the world. The views from the pool and terrace are stunning and will be sorely missed!
Un petit mot pour vous remercier d'avoir organisé notre semaine de vacances au Domaine de Brugairolles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons apprécié notre séjour au Domaine. Malheureusement, le temps n'était pas au beau fixe, ce qui a légèrement perturbé le déroulement des vacances ! Nous avons toutefois apprécié visiter Carcassonne, Mirepoix et Limoux – c'est une très jolie région de France. Les quatre maisons sont bien aménagées et confortables. L'espace piscine avec son fabuleux coin cuisine/salle à manger/salon est superbe. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire, avec de nombreux réfrigérateurs. C'est le véritable atout du lieu ! Nous avons également apprécié la proximité du vignoble, de son restaurant et de son bar indépendant. Les promenades autour du vignoble et dans le paisible village de Brugairolles sont également excellentes. Un autre atout : toutes les installations sportives. Zoé, la gérante, a été extrêmement serviable, a cuisiné et nous a laissé un délicieux dîner le soir de notre arrivée. Elle était tout aussi sympathique que sa fille Melissa. Un grand merci encore pour votre aide.
Merveilleux séjour le week-end de Pâques avec un groupe d'amis. Magnifique maison qui avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans un cadre des plus splendides. Sandie était formidable, très informative et réactive et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Le magasin de vins proposant des vins locaux fantastiques à des prix incroyables était un véritable bonus !
C'était notre sixième visite à la Maison Baleyssagues - c'est vraiment un endroit parfait où séjourner ! La villa était aussi confortable et élégante que les précédentes vacances, avec de nombreuses nouvelles touches élégantes que nous avons appréciées. Il y a tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin, des jeux et des livres à une magnifique nouvelle cuisine en passant par un terrain fantastique pour se promener et où jouer. La piscine en particulier a été bien utilisée car il faisait très chaud lors de notre visite. C'est un bel endroit pour nager et se détendre. La campagne environnante est magnifique et offre de nombreux endroits amusants et intéressants à visiter avec d'excellents restaurants à proximité. Nos préférés sont La Terrasse à Duras et le Restaurant Italien Des Arcades à Eymet. Le marché nocturne de Duras vaut également le détour pour déguster des vins et des plats locaux. C'était notre sixième visite à la villa mais ce ne sera pas la dernière !
Magnifique villa, superbe emplacement près de Fayence et du lac de Cassien. Hâte d'y revenir.
Just a short note to say how much my wife and I loved our stay at Les Faures in France last September. We were amazed and delighted at the size of the house with its many rooms and amenities, as well as the mood of relaxation in the beautiful setting which we were able to enjoy while there for two weeks. We enjoyed the large pool area and the expansive grounds, but we particularly loved the quiet and privacy of the country setting, but still near enough to the small local villages, with interesting cafes, markets and old buildings – just right for local drives to explore the beautiful area. So many exciting features - we would give this property a 5 out of 5!
We had the most wonderful week at Les Rocans last week. Please would you pass this on to the owners. We have stayed in France annually and many times in between, over the past 45 years and Les Rocans beats them all for outlook, atmosphere, amenities, beauty and suitability for our growing family. We all just loved it!

The hosts have thought of every comfort. A fantastic base from which to explore this part of France. It was difficult to draw yourself away from the beautiful garden and pool. We stayed with them many times when they managed to create yet another little haven at their new base in France!

“Nice villa within easy access (20 min saunter) to the city centre. Pretty pool area and nice pool, with mature trees and bushes giving good shelter if the wind picks up. Very private with good access to sun from late-morning. Supermarkets within very easy walking distance.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleusement agréable au Malardier. Le temps a été très chaud pendant quelques jours et il faudrait un peu de pluie. Les vues et la configuration de la propriété conviennent parfaitement à un grand groupe familial. Les années consacrées à la construction et au design ont vraiment porté leurs fruits.
