What a joy! We had such an amazing week at your fantastic house! We loved the house, the garden and the pool! The weather was perfect. We had a wonderful evening at ‘Poquelin’ and we had dinner at several of the restaurants recommended. (Chez Leo!!) Golf at Cháteau les Merles, what a beautiful place. We would love to come back.
We are regular visitors to the area but this was our visit to Villa Colline. The Villa is beautifully appointed and furnished to a very high standard, with the kitchen particularly having every appliance you could possibly need. The bedrooms are very spacious with private balconies and the aircon throughout the villa is a must in the French summer months. Outdoor the furniture is of a excellent (the nicest outdoor furniture I think we have ever used) and the front terrace benefits the sun for the whole day. There was so many outdoor terraces and seating areas, that we didn’t get chance to use all of them in our 2 weeks, but the main one was very spacious for us all to use. The BBQ was a Webber and very easy to use and came with spare gas bottles As regular visitors to the area we usually have the frustration of parking in Collioure and the traffic in and out as the season get busy, but as the Villa is only a 10 minute walk into Collioure, we were able to pop in and as we wanted which made the holiday even more relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting a modern, well equipped, well maintained villa with easy access to Collioure
We had the most wonderful time at Villa La Baronne. I think our children spent most of their time in the pool. Beautifully decorated house with plenty of space for all our family.
Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit ! Nous avons séjourné avec une famille de 8 personnes et avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La piscine est super, il y a un tennis de table et un grand et beau jardin. Il y a beaucoup de terrasses différentes où s'asseoir/se détendre/déjeuner et dîner. La cuisine est bien équipée, il y a une grande cuisinière et un barbecue pour cuisiner à l'extérieur. C'est calme et il y a beaucoup d'intimité. Sam et son mari sont très sympathiques, communicatifs et serviables. Nous avons loué les vélos électriques pendant deux jours et avons apprécié le cadre magnifique et rustique. Il y a un court de tennis à proximité auquel il est très facile d'accéder. En fait, nous ne pouvons rien trouver contre cet endroit, c'est vraiment super !
We have been renting in France for 5 years now and this is the best villa we have stayed in. Attention to detail throughout and a lovely garden and pool area which the children loved. The local village is so picturesque with fabulous restaurants.
A fantastic house and a credit to the owner, the facilities are superb and could not be bettered. The area around Nyons is beautiful, we are familiar with Beaume de Venise, but this part has a charm of its own. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this premier class house.
Wonderful villa, pool and location We loved everything about our stay. Danny was very welcoming on our arrival and charming when we left. The villa is superb with a beautiful view, lovely garden and is very well equipped. The pool is incredible and we swam every day. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. We highly recommend it.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la Villa Lavinière, plus une maison qu'une location ! Une virée à Grasse. Un déjeuner à Minerve (superbe crêperie). Abbaye de Fontfroide et déjeuner au restaurant mais il faut réserver. Vieille ville de Carcassonne. Ne manquez pas le petit train, le canal du midi et le marché couvert. Restaurant à Féline-Minervois. Marché d'Olonzac le mardi matin. Une baignade dans la piscine tous les jours. Observer le ciel nocturne. Juste s'allonger sur les transats au bord de la piscine. Merci de nous avoir permis de partager votre maison.
Comfortable. Well equipped château. Spacious. Well tended grounds. Stunning pool area, very inviting! All really good. Comfortable sitting area. Well organised roomy playroom being a real bonus. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Helpful at all times and unobtrusive. Huge bonus having the daily housekeeping service as well as shopping service. Really this is one of the best family holidays we have had. Everything designed to make one's stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you. It has been a pleasure to be guests in your home.
Thank you for allowing us to holiday at Château Trieux, it didn't disappoint! What a truly wonderful house and holiday experience we had. After exploring for a few hours on arrival it really felt like home. The children loved the pool, sporting facilities and quad bikes. The floodlit tennis court made for some great fun away from the day time heat. Whilst we loved the space and beautifully appointed rooms. You have a real gem in Château Trieux and the nearby town of Bergerac and many villages and markets as promised didn't disappoint either, simply stunning!! Thank you again and will definitely book for next year.
The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The rooms are large and the beds are nice. The pool is perfect and well maintained and the beautiful large garden with multiple seating areas offers enough relaxation space for a group of 7 or more. What we were most impressed with is the beautiful kitchen with a large range of pans and other kitchen utensils. We love to cook so we were very satisfied with this. All in all, a fantastic house with an attentive host who responds quickly to questions.

We have had a wonderfully relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable two weeks at this beautiful gite. It has been fantastically and sensitively renovated both inside and out. The pool is an absolute joy to sit by and relax, read and take in the scenery! Also, Pete has been an excellent host, a mine of local knowledge. We enjoyed visiting Monpazier, Issigeac, Villereal and Sarlat.
We were traveling with our 3 children. The house is even more beautiful than the photos. We ate all meals when we were home outside on the terrace. The pool was fantastic. The wonderful windows open to the perfect temperature outside. It was an immediate sense of relaxation. You can walk to town, the Roman Ruins, lake and the asylum where Van Gogh stayed. Town is charming and chock full of things to do. Wednesday market throughout town was a blast for all of us. Great restaurants, 2 artisan chocolate makers!
We just wanted to say how impressed we were with the house we rented through Pure France. We have rented a lot of houses both in the UK and overseas and I think this was definitely one of the very best. It was so well equipped - not just in terms of entertainment but all the items in the house (especially in the kitchen) and home comforts and the swimming pool was perfect. We are so glad we found it and we had an excellent week.
Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à la propriété. Les meilleures vues qui soient et la demeure est agréable et confortable. La piscine était formidable et offrait encore davantage de vues spectaculaires. Merci Henrietta et Peter pour cet accueil chaleureux.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Le gîte était magnifique, parfaitement équipé, et très calme. La piscine était fabuleuse. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables, et les villages et châteaux environnants sont magnifiques et agréables à découvrir.

We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. Une semaine familiale agréable dans cette maison parfaite, idéalement située à la lisière du charmant village de Cucugnan. La maison est bien équipée et la piscine est fabuleuse ! Le barbecue et la table de ping-pong ont également été très appréciés. La maison est à quelques pas du village, où nous avons visité deux bars et un excellent restaurant familial (l'Auberge du Vigneron). Nous avons également apprécié le « Burger Friday » au bar. L'épicerie du village propose tous les produits de base. Nous avons également fait une dégustation de vins dans le village et visité deux des fascinants châteaux cathares voisins. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région, mais la maison est également idéale pour se détendre. Nous reviendrons !
Nous ne pouvions rêver mieux, une maison merveilleuse et un emplacement magnifique pour de très belles vacances. Vous avez été des hôtes parfaits. Nous avons adoré nos balades au petit matin dans la campagne - le décor idéal pour nos fiançailles.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La vieille ville de Carcassonne, la jolie Minerve, de bons restaurants de gastronomie locale. Grand café en bas de la rue à Félines-Minervois pour un long déjeuner. La piscine est un régal pour se rafraîchir. J'espère revenir.
Belle villa dans une merveilleuse région, paisible et pittoresque, dans la campagne française ! Merci pour ce beau séjour et ces 2 semaines de repos ! Un temps magnifique, de nombreux souvenirs chauds et ensoleillés à ramener à la maison dans une Angleterre pluvieuse. Frédéric était incroyable, très sympathique et serviable.
Probablement les meilleures vacances que nous ayons eues. Nous avons appris à nos garçons à plonger, pêcher et à se relaxer complètement. Nous avons bien profité de la gastronomie française et du vin aussi.
Nous avons tous adoré notre séjour ici. Nous aurions aimé réserver deux semaines. C'est une maison très traditionnelle, mais vous avez fourni tout le confort moderne nécessaire, sans compromettre l'ambiance du gîte. J'espère y retourner. Nous avons passé des après-midis agréables à la piscine et à admirer le magnifique coucher de soleil depuis l'allée. Nous avons apprécié les spectacles sur la place de Verteillac, devant le bar Le Calice. La belle ville de Brantôme est à visiter absolument.
