Je tiens à vous remercier encore une fois d'avoir partagé avec nous votre magnifique villa et la piscine à débordement (chauffée) d'une beauté indescriptible. C'est vrai, la villa et la piscine sont bien plus belles en réalité que sur les photos. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans votre superbe villa et ce fut un grand plaisir de vous rencontrer. Nous reviendrons certainement. Et si vous vous rendez à Zurich, vous devez venir nous rendre visite.

We came here to celebrate a couple of family birthdays and get some time together. From the moment we walked in the door we quickly came to realise what an amazing place this is. The view from the kitchen window (bu the sink) literally brought my sister to tears. ... in a very positive way. This week has allowed us to explore the area to some degree, but with so much on offer around and in the property, there was little incentive to go anywhere. The difficulty now will be to keep this gem of a property a secret from others, as we will undoubtedly tell everyone about this fantastic place. Thank you for so generously sharing your house. J'ai eu le privilège de séjourner à la Villa Lavinière pendant trois semaines et je me suis senti accueilli et détendu au quotidien. Je recommande fortement faire du vélo dans les villages voisins, visiter les vignobles et profiter du soleil et du vin de la région. Merci de m'avoir permis de séjourner pour cette escapade très spéciale. Je chérirai le souvenir de ces vacances ici.
Such a happy stay in this grand chateau, with every thoughtful provision made, fabulous facilities. Memorable and joy for everyone.
The house is beyond what we had imagined with the photos. It is spacious, very spacious, more than ideal for the group of 7 with 2 children that we were. The renovation is perfect, of exemplary cleanliness and with a very good taste decoration. The pool and its terrace are just beautiful and offered us very pleasant afternoons and evenings. The little plus, is that you can easily close the doors going to the pool for the safety of the little ones and the tranquility of parents. A dining area on another terrace with barbecue and large table also seduced us. The location of the house is also perfect, along the canal with the small typical village with many very nice restaurants. We really enjoyed the Escale and the glacier adjoining the restaurant... In short, a great place that we recommend 200%, not to mention the kind and availability of the owners.
Wow what a villa! Absolutely fabulous week's holiday. 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was a great thing to have with the grandchildren loving every moment in it. Weather has been very hot so very much appreciated the a/c in the bedrooms! Thank you Pascal for being there when needed. We cannot recommend this villa and its location highly enough. Like others before us, we would love to think we may return one day. Just to say, 1 of us drove over 1,000 miles to be here and it was worth every long one of them.

What an excellent villa in a wonderful setting. Everything we needed was here and the swimming pool was just right. As previous comments by others, Cédric is a great host. We thoroughly recommend a visit to this area and this villa. Bize-Minervois and Lagrasse were our two favourite places to visit. If you want to treat yourself to a great restaurant in a great setting, Relais Chantonvent in Minerve - book early.
Beautiful location really nice house, swimming pool is delightful. Large safe garden for children. Remote but easy to find and within easy driving distance of all the facilities you need for a great holiday.

Tout est prévu, vous avez fourni tout ce dont nous avions besoin... et bien plus encore ! Nous avons passé 95% de nos vacances au bord de la piscine, l'espace extérieur est tellement relaxant. Thank you for a lovely stay. Villa Kali was immaculate when we arrived. Best villa ever according to no.2 child (particularly because of pool and table tennis). All in all a memorable holiday, everything is so convenient, hassle free and well thought through. Thanks very much.

Well maintained property, any problems rapidly sorted. Proximity of Leclerc a real bonus for the 8 year-old fetching bread in the mornings. A real relaxing holiday for three generations and would happily revisit. For Pure France (having used other of their properties) we would rate it 5 / 5.
Just returned from your villa in Fitou. We had a wonderful time, house was beautiful, swimming pool ideal for the kids. Did a few day trips as recommended in your folder. In all a very enjoyable stay, probably one of our nicest holidays to date! Thanks a lot.
Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans cette magnifique maison et c'était tout ce que nous avions espéré : une charmante atmosphère française, un excellent emplacement et une piscine fantastique (surtout pendant la vague de chaleur que nous avons eue). From the minute we arrived we were made to feel at home with brilliant accommodation including a lovely pool and Martyn and Jean looked after us giving suggestion of places to visit. The area was brilliant with lots to see and many restaurants within a ten minute drive plus one restaurant, bakers butchers and general store all within walking distance. A special thank you to Ombre for keeping our football skills on song. I would thoroughly recommend.
In June, we stayed for a fortnight at La Picholine. In the middle of the vineyards. Plenty of peace, space and beautiful views. The pool is great and beautiful views there too.
I just wanted to say that we all found your house to be absolutely lovely. Everything we could have hoped for. So many nice touches, you clearly put a lot of thought and no doubt effort into making it a very special place. We especially loved the pool of course, which has such a great design for the little ones with the shallow section, but we loved the whole place. Everyone was very happy there. Many thanks
