Merci à Madeline et Alan pour leur accueil parfait lors de notre séjour au magnifique « Camirout ». Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour un séjour fabuleux ! La maison, le terrain et la piscine sont magnifiques et le calme y est absolu. Gavin a également fêté son anniversaire avec brio, nous garderons donc de merveilleux souvenirs de notre séjour chez vous. Merci beaucoup pour notre panier de bienvenue ! Il était vraiment apprécié avec notre arrivée un peu plus tardive que prévu. Merci encore et bonne continuation.
We highly recommend Maison Four à Chaux, we had a great holiday in this amazing property which was clean, very comfortable and very spacious inside and out. Lovely large heated pool and an excellent games barn which included skittles alley and table tennis. We were greeted by Yvonne who was great and very knowledgeable of the local area and was easily contactable (as were the owners) if there was any issues (which there weren't). We would definitely recommend Maison Four à Chaux.
Superbe semaine dans cette charmante maison à Sarlat. La maison a tout pour un séjour estival, y compris la fraîcheur lorsque les températures atteignent les 30 degrés comme cette semaine. Le jardin verdoyant et luxuriant a été un vrai plus pour moi, avec une biodiversité incroyable – un endroit urbain que j'ai adoré. Incroyablement proche de tout à Sarlat, nous avons apprécié nos visites quotidiennes à la boulangerie et nos repas au restaurant presque tous les soirs – tout était excellent. Petits trajets en voiture jusqu'aux grottes de Lascaux, fascinantes, et canoë sur la Dordogne, un incontournable, avec une multitude de libellules différentes et même un martin-pêcheur. Allez, raibh mile math agut (merci beaucoup).
Excellent. A recommander sans modération. Hôtes charmants, accueillants. Maison du gardien rénovée dans le style du bâtiment, avec goût et le souci du détail. Très propre. Piscine superbe dans un magnifique parc arboré et très bien entretenu. Environnement très calme. Restaurants locaux agréables... idéalement placé pour visite de Montignac, Sarlat, les eyzies, la Rosue Gageac et autres sites touristiques. A recommander et félicitation à Caterina et Steve pour la rénovation de cette magnifique propriété.

Quel endroit fabuleux où séjourner pendant une semaine. La villa est magnifique et possède tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.
Thank-you, Jean and Martin, for a fabulous two week stay in your lovely gîte. We had everything we needed to make it a very special relaxing holiday. The outdoor BBQ area has been put to great use! We have enjoyed many evenings outside drinking and eating. It was great having your input for ideas and suggestions for things to do and places to visit. The pool is perfect and we have enjoyed using the lovely gazebo area. The garden is a beautiful retreat in which to fully unwind and enjoy the abundant birdlife, especially first thing in the morning. We have really enjoyed watching the wood pecker, especially gathering food for the offspring! Lauzun provided the perfect location to start our many heavenly bike rides and to explore the fascinating bastide towns of Issigeac, Villereal and Eymet. We also visited the prehistoric cave-Grotte de Font Gaume and highly recommend, (pre-book tickets online). We look forward to coming back soon and seeing you again.
Tout ce que vous pourriez demanders'y trouve - beaucoup d'espace, une maison bien équipée, une intimité totale. Très relaxant, j'ai apprécié la baignade en rivière à Ribeaut et le charmant village de Lagrasse. Beaucoup de pain dans les magasins locaux. Quel endroit merveilleux, avec la campagne des Corbières à deux pas. Tant d'endroits à voir et à découvrir, nous avons tout aimé.
Nous avons passé des très bons moments dans un appartement constitué de matériaux nobles, bien agencé,, décoré avec raffinement, goût, confortable et spacieux. Profiter des paysages des environs à pieds et à vélos.
Superbe villa, cadre idyllique. Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Eva est très agréable et super disponible
Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux en famille au Château de Saussignac. La grande piscine avec vue sur les vignes était magnifique. Le jardin possédait même un petit potager (les propriétaires sont des auteurs de livres de cuisine) où nous pouvions cueillir toutes les herbes et légumes. Les lits sont magnifiques, les salles de bains et la cuisine sont complètes. De l'autre côté de la rue se trouve un très bon restaurant proposant des déjeuners et des dîners. L'aéroport se trouve à 30 minutes en voiture et tous les commerces sont à proximité. Le château est fortement recommandé et nous reviendrons certainement!
La maison est située dans un endroit idyllique et très calme, en face d'une charmante petite église dans un petit village. Le jardin offre une belle vue sur les champs de tournesols et une piscine d'eau salée XL (très douce pour la peau). C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et se relaxer, avec un coin salon confortable à l'ombre d'un arbre magnifique, ou vous pouvez faire du vélo dans cette belle campagne. La maison offre tout le confort et reste fraîche naturelle grâce aux murs épais. La cuisine est bien équipée, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur ! - Août 2020
Amazing place and amazing host Very nice place with a beautiful view. We were greeted very nicely by Danny who was exceptionally nice. We felt at home and hope they felt safe with us as well.
What a wonderful holiday in this lovely home. We were warmly welcomed by Corinne and found everything we could ever want / wish for on a family holiday / parents / grand parents and small children. The weather was as anticipated - hot and temperate at times, incredible thunder storms / blue skies. The pool was a great hit with all and the pool toys, outdoor toys and indoor entertainment ensured all needs were catered for. Finally, a great thank you to Mel for her attention to detail and unfailing helpfulness.
A more tranquil spot in France you will not find. The house has 360-degree views across stunning French countryside that rolls and undulates towards a backdrop of the Pyrenees. It feels like you're a million miles from the stresses and strains of modern life, another world and yet within 20 minutes drive you can be in a huge supermarket that will cater for all your needs. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, with all mod cons. It sleeps 14 people in great comfort, including in two well-appointed cottages in the grounds. And yet it retains its cosy feel. Some days we lazed by the pool and ate our meals on one of the terraces, other days – when it was cooler - we lit the fire and settled in. It's genuinely as comfy inside as it is outside, which is not always the case in French holiday lets. Our young children were in heaven. When not swimming or playing tennis, they roamed the five acres of immaculately kept grounds, building camps, rowing on the small lake. There's snooker croquet and table tennis too, if it's wet. And then of course there is the party room. Set well away from the grown-up bedrooms, the party room has a bar, DJ–quality speaker system and a proper disco – glitter ball, lights and all. Incredible fun. You really won't want to leave the château and grounds at all – it's a self-contained little hill-top world - but if you do have itchy feet then there are lots of walks nearby, or you can visit one of the many beautiful French towns nearby (Mirepoix market is a must). I cannot wait to return.
What a wonderful holiday at this amazing Villa. Firstly, a big thank you to the owners who were amazing and answered all our queries and were very fair minded when checking out. This really is a luxury apartment and everything was as stated. The pool is excellent as well as the hot tub. The are lots of eating areas and plenty of room to sunbath on the decking. I can recommend taking advantage of the visiting chef - he was excellent. The property has aircon which works extremely well. The kitchen is amazing with every mod con you could want and well appointed with kitchen equipment. The welcome book was very useful and covered everything. There are plenty of fridges and freezers and one outside which was very useful. We were 7 adults and three young children and we fitted in very well and never felt cramped. Some of the walks nearby are very good. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and we will definitely be returning
We had a superb 11 day stay in Fitou. Everything was as expected when we arrived - the property has everything you would expect and more when travelling with young children - in our case a 10 month old as well as 2½ year old twins. The car beds were a huge hit with the twins! The village of Fitou is also really nice - there are over 10 wines caves selling high quality local Fitou. There are also some excellent restaurants - would recommend Vidals if you are taking the kids. Outside of Fitou, Perpignan, Narbonne and Carcassonne are all realistic day trip options and the resort of Leucate is also good for a more traditional seaside ambience.
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à la Maison Charvin et à Montlaur. Gâtés avec une maison si merveilleuse et pleine de caractère avec tant d'espace et une cuisine remplie de tout ce que l'on peut imaginer. Voyageant avec nos trois jeunes enfants, la maison et son emplacement ont fourni une base idéale pour des vacances remplies de souvenirs. Merci Sharon d'avoir partagé votre belle maison et d'avoir fourni d'excellentes suggestions de visites dans la région. Les points forts de notre séjour ont été des croissants et des baguettes fraîchement cuits à quelques minutes de notre porte, un déjeuner à Lagrasse et la découverte de la rivière et la baignade avec les enfants, le marché hebdomadaire de Montlaur où nous avons acheté des produits locaux, des fromages et des pizzas fraîchement préparées pour nos enfants : Le Dinosaur Park en Meze suivi d'un déjeuner dans le village balnéaire de Marseillan - nous vous recommandons vivement de déjeuner à La Parcheline. Merci pour un séjour très calme et relaxant.
Nous revenons d'une semaine formidable à L'Auzina. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Merci pour votre aide. Nous reviendrons certainement à Cucugnan prochainement.
We arrived at a large house that matched well and even more to what the photos showed. This is the first time we have found a vacation rental with so many dishes and kitchen supplies. As we were a large family with a few small children, this environment greatly favored the well-being of our stay. We sincerely thank our host for this generous sharing.
Our first trip as a family since 2019 - well worth the wait! A super-relaxing holiday in the beautiful Loft. Thank you for your care and hospitality - we have had a great week!
Maison Bourriette is a wonderful place to stay! In a peaceful location it’s a perfect getaway with cool indoor spaces and beautiful tranquil outdoor spaces. The house boasts wonderful views across the valley, with many routes from the house for walks or runs. The village is a short walk away and has a well stocked traditional market, an outdoor gym for those feeling active! The artificial beach in the village also allows for swimming or relaxing and the local pizza restaurant completes the day! We have visited more than once and each stay is relaxing, with friendly, helpful hosts. We will definitely go back to this hidden gem!
Now that we have returned to the UK, I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Le Grand Verger - what an amazing house in a fantastic location - just right for our family get together with plenty of space, everything we could ask for in the house and plenty of things to do in the local vicinity without necessarily getting in the car. Yet another Pure France property that has more than met our expectations!
Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Your Loft is superb - the best rental property we have stayed in complete with an excellent and safe swimming pool and large garden, which it was very nice to play hide and seek in. Everything was beautifully laid out with amazing attention to detail and very well equipped. We have had a great two weeks here.
Amazing holiday location! Great views of a peaceful quaint little village in south of France, and don't even need to get out of the pool. Everything you need is provided by the host, excellent quality of service for the price. Great variety of excursions possible in the area, be it sporty, cultural or plain shopping and farniente! Looking forward to coming back again as soon as possible!!!
C'est une jolie villa. Probablement l'une des mieux aménagées dans lesquelles nous ayons jamais séjourné. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont tout simplement délicieux. Notre petite-fille de 2 ans et demi a aimé ramasser de merveilleuses prunes et jouer avec les jeux et jouets de la petite bibliothèque. Les adultes ont apprécié la magnifique vue sur les couchers de soleil. Comme notre environnement est paisible, surtout quand nous sommes habitués au bruit de la circulation en ville ! Un merci tout spécial à Frédéric qui nous a aidé lorsque nous avons eu une petite urgence médicale.
Merci beaucoup pour les recommandations de restaurants - je vais y réfléchir. Nous passons un moment fantastique ici. Je pense que votre maison est probablement la meilleure maison dans laquelle nous ayons séjourné en France au fil des ans. Elle est juste fabuleuse ! Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment fantastique ici et je suis presque sûr que nous aurons envie de revenir l'année prochaine. Votre maison a été si agréable... J'ai lu quelques livres ici, j'ai aussi adoré parcourir les livres de la table basse. Votre panier de bienvenue était le plus généreux que nous ayons jamais reçu dans les maisons que nous avons louées. Nous avons pu également utiliser des serviettes de piscine. Et je sais que cela ressemble un peu à une critique d'hôtel, mais les draps, les serviettes et les salles de bain étaient de qualité supérieure! Nous avons commencé à faire nos bagages ! P.S. Nous sommes allés au Moulin pour le déjeuner et c'était superbe. Nous vous contacterons pour, espérons-le, réserver à nouveau la même semaine l'année prochaine.
Le propriétaire nous a chaleureusement accueillis. Sa maison avec cuisine ouverte est très agréable. La piscine est très grande et on peut vraiment nager. Pour les familles, la maison est pratique, il y a des jouets pour la piscine et des ballons. Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans la propriété.
Thanks for a great stay and making us feel so welcome - you were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was spotless and provided for every requirement. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the Loft and the wonderful gardens, and of course the pool! Hopefully we will see you again in the future!
