I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday. The only terrible part was leaving! The house was perfect and we all fell in love with it. And the views were wonderful from every room. The whole family have lots of happy memories of our 2 weeks there so thank you.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. La villa était absolument magnifique et située dans un endroit calme comme mentionné dans la description (le seul bruit étant les grillons mais c'était apaisant). L'aménagement de la maison en 3 bâtiments séparés a vraiment fonctionné pour notre groupe familial élargi, en plus de différentes zones dans le jardin dans lesquelles vous pouvez vous asseoir qui permettent aux gens d'avoir un moment de calme si nécessaire. Je recommanderais les restaurants du village, mais sachez qu'ils n'ouvrent pas le lundi. Un séjour très agréable et reposant.
Votre demeure est magnifique à bien des égards. Nous avons eu tellement de chance de la trouver. Tout est très bien. Merci.
Nous avons ADORÉE ! Il y avait tellement de choses à faire qu'on ne voulait plus partir. On y a finalement passé beaucoup plus de temps que prévu ! Très bien équipée et une ambiance très relaxante. Je recommande vivement ! Merci beaucoup de nous avoir accueillis !

Beautiful renovation with the charm of old stones and the modernity of interior materials. Premium interior equipment. Absolute calm, without proximity to the road. Very comfortable for this property. Christophe available, nice and helpful. It was perfect.
Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful house - we have all enjoyed the beautiful home and gardens and all the attention to detail. We very much enjoyed the night market in Laparade although not really a market but more a fiesta! Very much recommend. A fantastic stay and wonderful house!
We had a lovely weeks break at this beautiful house in this lovely old historic town. The food was lovely, the beach 20 minutes away was nice and quiet and our children absolutely loved it there as well as enjoying the lovely and very warm pool! The house itself caters for all your needs. A perfect week away at a beautiful house in the perfect location for you to enjoy all the area has to offer.
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. La maison est agencée et décorée avec soin, o s'y sent bien. Et quelle vue, quelle tranquillité... Un grand merci pour votre accueil si chaleureux, tout est parfait ici. Et que dire de la piscine chauffée qui a permis aux enfants de s'amuser pendant des heures. Merci beaucoup pour tout.
We very much enjoyed our stay with Anna and Michael. The house is conveniently situated in a small hamlet, close to the beautiful town of Monflanquin. Our kids loved the pool and the variety of toys to play with. We absolutely recommend this accommodation.
It seems but a moment since we arrived two weeks ago, but we have had a lovely time. Thank you for your hospitality and wonderful company. What a pity we couldn’t come in June, but we are optimistic about next year. It feels much safer here in France than it does in England - we saw much more of Rieux than we have before, and have had some splendid meals. Our favourite is definitely l’Abbaye de Fontfroide, though Relais de Chantovent comes a close second. Until next June.
Nous avons passé une semaine au Borghesia cet hiver et en gardons un excellent souvenir : maison typique du Périgord noir avec son immense cheminée et sa pierre dorée rénovée avec goût, tout le confort moderne et les équipements nécessaires. Grand jardin où les enfants pouvaient s’amuser, calme de l’environnement et proximité avec Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac et certains des plus beaux châteaux et villages de la région, disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires, nous ne songeons qu’à revenir !
Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques dans la propriété et, pour être tout à fait honnêtes, nous ne voulions pas partir. L'esprit maussade, nous repensons à nos clichés de vacances en souhaitant ne pas être retournés dans le sombre temps anglais, mais à nous trouver assis dans la glorieuse véranda! Votre hospitalité était incomparable et toutes les vacances sans faute.

Highly recommended. The house was very spacious, tidy and even more beautiful than in the photos. There is a large beautiful and enclosed garden and by the pool a nice terrace. The owner were really friendly and helpful. Both we and our 5 dogs had a great vacation. We will definitely go back again!
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Cottage du Jardin, une maison pleine de charme et digne d'une carte postale. Thonac est idéalement situé pour visiter cette partie de la Dordogne, et la proximité des restaurants et des commerces est un atout considérable. Un grand merci à Caterina et Steve pour leur chaleureux accueil.
Totally loved the week that we had here! The pool was really private and if your after a pizza then visit Le Yacca, the best pizzas in the world! (in Pézenas). Enjoy your stay.
Merci de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans un endroit aussi magnifique. Nous avons mangé beaucoup de fromage, beaucoup de figues et beaucoup de mûres. Nous avons profité du barbecue et de la piscine. Nous avons fait plusieurs voyages à Carcassonne et Olonzac.
C’est un grand plaisir d’inaugurer ce livre d’or. ET, comment pourrait-il en être autrement, nous devons dire que les jours que nous avons passés ici ont été des jours heureux, calmes, confortables et très, très relaxante. Nous passons nos vacances dans cette région depuis plus de 30 ans et c'est sans aucun doute l'un des endroits les plus spéciaux où nous ayons séjourné. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner l'été prochain !
This is a wonderfully quiet place to spend time in provence. Located within walking distance from the many attractions of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence its restaurants and its old town, it is a beautifully appointed home with an inviting swimming pool and check out the new pool shower - delightful. Within easy driving distance are a variety of wineries for your tasting pleasure.
We stayed here with 8 friends and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a beautiful environment, with a lot of green and hills around. Communication with Sophie was perfect. The place is a bit further away so you do need a car. Would recommend to ask about chef michon. She provided 2 lovely dinners for us !
Magnifique propriété, super équipée, piscine très grande à une température parfaite, terrain exceptionnel, court de tennis en parfait état, espaces communs bien agencés et confortables... On peut difficilement faire mieux pour des vacances en famille! L'endroit convient parfaitement aux enfants et aux moins jeunes... Très propre, confortable, très agréable, communication excellente avec les propriétaires. Le top!
