Nous avons récemment passé deux semaines dans la propriété avec six autres amis. L'ensemble a été joliment décoré avec des couleurs vives et fraîches, ainsi que les deux cuisines richement équipées. La plupart des chambres disposent de leur propre salon et d'une salle de bain complète. Nous avions choisi la chambre jaune qui donnait sur la cour et les montagnes. L'intérieur de la propriété est vraiment aussi attrayant que les photos sur le site Internet. Il y a deux grands salons, dont un avec télévision grand écran. La piscine et le coin repas extérieur sont bien entretenus et agréables à utiliser. Le patio aux dimensions très généreuses, surplombant les Pyrénées, est équipé pour écouter de la musique et peut être éclairé la nuit, pour manger et danser en plein air. Le propriétaire nous a suggéré, un soir, d'essayer un restaurant local, appelé Gayda. Si vous séjournez à la propriété, vous devez vous rendre à Gayda pour le dîner. Le dimanche soir, ils vous présenteront un repas véritablement gastronomique, ainsi que tous les vins pour accompagner le repas cinq étoiles, le tout pour environ 25 euros par personne. (Nous y sommes allés trois fois). Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances fabuleuses est disponible à la propriété. Vous l'adorerez.
Thank you so much for...... everything! You have both been incredible - from your patience over the booking; your reassurances over Covid in France, and the amazing steps you've taken to protect your guests, ( we cannot imagine anyone could do more ), to providing my daughter with a very much appreciated birthday cake ( delicious, by the way ). Always being at the end of the phone and let's not forget the incredible 'Loft' - it is beautiful - calm and relaxing, spotlessly clean. Your attention to detail is excellent. We have all had a wonderful time and return to England feeling refreshed and nurtured.
Thank you for letting us stay once again. I wish I could stay longer! I love playing in the garden - it makes me feel really happy because it has lots of space to play in. Sam has really enjoyed roaming around and playing with Mack and Mabel - I have too. Hopefully to see you soon in October and definitely next summer.
Thanks for the return of our deposit monies plus the extra which we didn’t expect. Feeling very holiday blues today. We will definitely be back.
Wow this house is absolutely amazing. It looks good and it is! Its even better than the pictures show. The house was absolutely immaculate, all of the furnishings were of the very highest quality. Extra bedding, towels etc. Air conditioning in every room. The location is brilliant, really quiet, but so close to the centre of Narbonne. Every thing is just a stroll away. The pool and outside space is absolutely lovely, really restful and again immaculately clean. We would certainly love to be able to come back and stay here again.
Lovely property and surrounding grounds. We enjoyed the pool enormously with everything you provide and also the countryside here.

Cottage du Jardin est magnifiquement entretenu et présente un intérieur magnifique. Ce qui nous a vraiment impressionnés, c'est son emplacement paisible au sein du parc des propriétaires et la piscine paisible où l'on peut se prélasser un après-midi ensoleillé. Le cottage se trouve à environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied du village. Vous y trouverez une petite épicerie proposant de tout pour satisfaire vos besoins, ainsi qu'un restaurant proposant de délicieux repas à des prix très raisonnables. À essayer absolument lors de votre séjour. Si vous préférez faire vos courses, deux grands supermarchés sont à 10 minutes en voiture, sur la route de Montignac. Montignac est une jolie ville avec de charmants restaurants au bord de la rivière. Le cottage est idéalement situé pour visiter les sites touristiques locaux, qu'il s'agisse d'un château comme le Château de Losse ou le Château des Milandes avec ses magnifiques jardins, ou de jolies villes et villages, nos préférés étant Saint-Léon, La Roque-Gageac et Domme. Un ciel bleu magnifique tous les jours avec des températures atteignant 36 degrés un jour. Cela nous a donné l'excuse parfaite pour passer quelques jours à nous prélasser au bord de la piscine et à nous ressourcer dans un cadre magnifique. En résumé, grâce au gîte, à la météo et à des hôtes parfaits, nous avons passé une semaine formidable, mais nous sommes repartis un peu tristes. Cependant, nous savons que nous reviendrons, plus longtemps la prochaine fois, car il y a encore beaucoup à voir dans cette belle région de France. Ce furent vraiment nos meilleures vacances. Amazing house for outside living ,lots of BBQs and rose on the terrace. Our outdoors loved the walk through the woods and we enjoyed the local markets. Highly recommend L’Effet Maison restaurant in Monflanquin – fantastic food and great wine. Look forward to a new pool side! Thanks for having us!
Nous venons de terminer un voyage de deux semaines en famille. La maison était tout simplement géniale ! Excellentes installations, et la climatisation dans les chambres est un véritable économiseur de vie. La propriété est excentrique ! Et il y a tellement de petites terrasses et d'endroits à l'extérieur où nous avons trouvé que nous ne nous sommes jamais assis. L'emplacement est idéal pour des excursions d'une journée et nous avons savouré la baignade dans la piscine après une journée bien remplie. Nous étions un groupe de plusieurs générations et tout le monde a adoré ! Le quartier est génial et accessible à pied. Boulangerie locale, stand de fruits et légumes locaux ainsi que l'accès aux supermarchés. Merci pour votre séjour inoubliable !

Après une semaine à Barcelone, c'était un plaisir de trouver cette maison équipée pour une semaine. Nous sommes arrivés avec 4 garçons qui ont profité de la piscine et ont beaucoup joué. Endroit très calme. Belles excursions aux alentours. Très bonne boulangerie à 5 minutes en voiture ! Merci. C'était super !
It is difficult to put into words how special our stay has been. Everything about the Loft is first class and we are going to miss it dearly. On top of that, all your little touches have been incredibly helpful and generous. Above all though, you have been the most warm, considerate and welcoming hosts - you really could not have done anything else to help us. Having travelled extensively we definitely rate you as the best! Of course, we have loved exploring the area, including a wonderful trip to the Pyrenees, and we are very keen to get to know it better. Finally, the last word goes to Mack and Mabel - they are adorable and we have enjoyed sneaking down for cuddles. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.
Mas du Château is a perfect mixture or restored historic chateau and very modern high spec decor. Set in the most beautiful landscape with all the privacy needed. Amazing swimming pool and private terrace area is ideal for a large group or a small private family. Multiple entertaining spaces, along with Television and very fast internet, ideal for a group with children. Christophe and his family were very welcoming and always available to help in Person or via the internet/phone. 100% recommended, book asap.
Beautifully restored property of great character. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. The location is peaceful, with fabulous views over the vineyards, yet within an easy drive to many places of interest. Outside, there are plenty of areas to relax in the sun or shade. Very generous welcome gifts, including two bottles of top quality Blanquette de Limoux and delicious pastries (and a second delivery of pastries later during our stay!). The open garage was large enough to shade our van, motorbike and cycles. Above all, Quentin was the most wonderfully kind host. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommended.
Je voulais juste vous dire à quel point nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Maison Brunet. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La maison, et surtout la cuisine, étaient parfaitement équipées pour profiter des produits locaux. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée et les détails sont soignés. La piscine était rafraîchissante, propre et un atout précieux pendant les chaudes journées d'été. Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes avec un chien et nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour dans la maison, avec son jardin et son parc. Merci.
Le Clapier was absolutely beautiful, I’ve been going to France for the last 30 years on holiday and your house was head and shoulders above anything I’ve ever stayed in……The area is amazing and it’s a place that me and my partner want to buy in at some point. We loved the gift pack that we received when we arrived – very thoughtful.

Where do we start! Arrived at the gite and drove through the private gated entrance to see beautiful grounds and a very inviting swimming pool. Jean and Martyn were waiting to show us around and were the perfect hosts throughout our stay. The gite, grounds, outdoor kitchen and pool all immaculate and made for the perfect stay. The washing machine, dishwasher and many fridges are an added bonus. The bedrooms and bathroom a good size, fab open plan kitchen, diner and living room. Lots of extras in the kitchen which is great. Lauzun is a great little village with all the amenities you need, several other pretty villages near by (Issigeac and Eymet are lovely) Large hyper/supermarkets and various shops in Bergerac, 30 minutes away or a decent size Intermarche 10 minutess away. We would highly recommend the gite and will definitely be returning. Thank you Jean and Martyn for your letting us stay in your lovely property and not forgetting the very friendly, fluffy, German Shepherd Tanner. We had the best time, enjoyed sharing our many bottles of vino and our evening with you in Eymet.
Such a great place to stay. It's so peaceful, really well laid out and perfect for groups big or small. Close enough to the main town and well located for golf or wine country. Hosts were super helpful and welcoming and the house itself is gorgeous. Great pool, facilities and entertaining areas - we'll definitely be going back.
We had a lovely holiday here ! The place was beautifully quiet and well-equipped. Pau is definitely worth a visit with wonderful restaurants. We had a great stay and are heading home fully recharged.
Cette villa est magnifique. Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Très moderne hyper équipée avec une déco de tres bon goût, haut de gamme. Nous avons été charmés par la villa. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Très bien située à 15 mn à pied du plus beau village de France. Nous avons l'habitude de louer des villas de prestige. Celle-ci sans aucun doute à sa place sur le podium. Je dirais même sur la plus haute marche en tenant compte de la gentillesse de Karine et Éric, les propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement !

Fantastic holiday! The villa is wonderful and we loved the garden and pool - and everyone was so helpful. It's great that Pézenas is within walking distance, there's such a good atmosphere there at night.
We had a lovely stay at Pinaux. The house conversion is beautiful and comfortable for days we didn’t go out. Everything went smoothly with the keys and check in. Henk and Renee were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for providing some basics, including coffee, milk and sugar.
