Fantastic barn conversion, amazing location and wonderful facilities including a large swimming pool. Would highly recommend. The owner was super helpful throughout. The local villages have all the shops and services needed. We loved the rolling hills for jogging.
A really wonderful hot week in this gorgeous house. The kids spent hours in the pool and the spacious garden. Thank you so much, we had a really memorable week.
Nous avons passé la semaine la plus incroyable au Malardier. Nous avons visité de nombreux villes et villages charmants. Nous nous sommes tellement amusés au bord de la piscine et nous sommes fait de nombreux bons souvenirs. Nous avons hâte de revenir.
C'est une très belle villa dans un endroit merveilleux. Les touches personnelles et l'approche des propriétaires en font un endroit très spécial et nous reviendrons à l'avenir. Une villa très spéciale que nous adorons. Toute l'expérience est également grandement facilitée par Frédéric et la façon dont il gère la propriété et interagit avec les vacanciers. Cela fait une grande différence.
What a stunning place... couldn't fault. Peaceful yet close to village and 10 minute drive for supermarkets. Pool area is just perfect.. plenty of shade if you need it... or lay out in the summer sun. Everything and more that you need for a fantastic holiday.
It's been such a privilege to stay in your beautiful home. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to enjoy it. We enjoyed experiencing the art, the atmosphere, the views and the comfort. We really appreciated your very generous gift of wine and provisions. The village is lively and we have made good use of all it has to offer. terrific choice of the alimentation, delightful terrace and delicious food at the Bar de Prores and a timely haivent at Tiffany's Satin. We recommend a trip to Uzes, Nîmes and Avignon and had a delicious lunch on the banks of the Gardon at Colias on the way to the Pont du Gard. Also, do try the real wine from La Grappe d'Or in the village.
Très bon séjour! Nous étions 8: tout s'est très bien passé. La maison est agréable et conforme à la description: les 4 salles d'eau sont appréciables!
Mas du Château is a perfect mixture or restored historic chateau and very modern high spec decor. Set in the most beautiful landscape with all the privacy needed. Amazing swimming pool and private terrace area is ideal for a large group or a small private family. Multiple entertaining spaces, along with Television and very fast internet, ideal for a group with children. Christophe and his family were very welcoming and always available to help in Person or via the internet/phone. 100% recommended, book asap.
We came here to celebrate a couple of family birthdays and get some time together. From the moment we walked in the door we quickly came to realise what an amazing place this is. The view from the kitchen window (bu the sink) literally brought my sister to tears. ... in a very positive way. This week has allowed us to explore the area to some degree, but with so much on offer around and in the property, there was little incentive to go anywhere. The difficulty now will be to keep this gem of a property a secret from others, as we will undoubtedly tell everyone about this fantastic place. Thank you for so generously sharing your house. Nous avons passé des très bons moments dans un appartement constitué de matériaux nobles, bien agencé,, décoré avec raffinement, goût, confortable et spacieux. Profiter des paysages des environs à pieds et à vélos.
What an incredible home base! We felt so fortunate to return here every day after days spent exploring the beautiful towns of Lot and the Dordogne. We wondered whether we might find Castelnau-Montratier to be a little too quiet, but were always grateful for the respite. The house and its quiet luxury hiding behind the unassuming little gate was a constant surprise to us and we loved every minute. Many thanks to Barbara for quickly responding to our every query. We are already wondering when we'll return! P.S. Viking chess is our new favourite game!
Villa everything and more! fantastic villa, pool and table tennis great fun! Pézenas lovely 15 - 20 minutes easy walk! Lots of great restaurants. Beach between Sète and Agde very good and not too many people.

Piglet is the prfect spot to visit all the graet spots in the Vendée, our favourite being La Rochelle and the Belugas beach. There are wonderful touches of luxury at the house; beautiful linens, towels and bathrobes. Vouvant is a charming and beautiful village. definitely a fabulous find !

J'ai séjourné au Château Bellevue avec ma famille et quelques amis l'été dernier. C'était magique ! Dès que nous avons franchi l'allée, passé la piscine et aperçu la maison, j'étais impatiente d'explorer le château et ses jardins. J'ai séjourné dans l'une des « chambres d'enfants » à l'étage, de magnifiques pièces avec de nombreux livres. Je passais mes journées à jouer avec mes amis dans le parc. Nous aimions particulièrement nous allonger à l'ombre des vieux chênes pour discuter et, le soir, nous adorions jouer à l'un des nombreux jeux de société. La plage, les montagnes et les jolis petits villages sont tout près et magnifiques.
Quel merveilleux séjour, belle maison, jardin et piscine si près de la ville de Sarlat. Les magasins locaux sont excellents, je recommande le martini du Café Le Gambella juste en bas de la route sur le côté droit. Les bouchers sont excellents, ils ont cuisiné de délicieux repas avec leurs produits. Le marché de Sarlat est idéal pour les légumes et le fromage. Essayez la visite à pied de Sarlat, passez à l'office de tourisme pour récupérer un plan, cela vaut vraiment la peine car vous vous aventurerez dans des ruelles cachées et découvrirez l'histoire de Sarlat. Merci Jackie et Geoff pour l'utilisation de votre belle maison et pour nous avoir donné de merveilleux souvenirs. Nous espérons revenir.
Lovely quiet gîtes with beautiful views over the wine fields. Close to Uzès, a very pretty historical market town (20 min. by car). The gîtes provide everything you need, i.e. comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, cosy sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a swimming pool with lounge beds and our gîte (L'Oliveraie) even had a small private pool. The area is great for walk through the woods and over the wine field. There are restaurants in the area that are a short drive away. We had a great and relaxing time and will definitely be back!
Our stay at La Petite Maison Générille was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel instantly at home. The property itself is breathtaking - a perfect balance of elegance and nature. The beautifully maintained gardens, softly illuminated in the evenings, create a romantic and serene atmosphere, while the untouched woodland adds a sense of tranquility and adventure. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the luxurious accommodations to the stunning swimming pool overlooking the picturesque landscape. Whether we were exploring the nearby historic villages, indulging in the region’s incredible food and wine, or simply relaxing on the terrace, every moment felt special. La Petite Maison Générille is more than just a place to stay - it's an experience, one that lingers long after you leave. We can't wait to return!
Nous restons à l'appartement pendant 3 jours. L'appartement est exactement tel que décrit, dans un immeuble résidentiel moderne et neuf, très bien situé juste à côté de la plage et à distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins locaux. L'appartement possède tout le nécessaire et donne le sentiment incroyable d'être "à la maison". Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet endroit exceptionnel.
Une maison charmante et confortable dans une belle ville. Pézenas est un endroit fantastique - vous avez un excellent emplacement ici. Merci pour tous les conseils et idées dans votre dossier - vous aimez évidemment la région et aimez l'explorer! Les «Estivals» (vins et producteurs locaux proposent leurs produits dans les rues le soir) de Pézenas étaient très amusants et juste à deux pas, tous les vendredis soirs de juillet et août.
La Maison Somail était encore plus belle que ce que à quoi nous nous attendions, avec un souci du détail, un beau jardin et une piscine. Cadre agréable et hôte très sympathique.

Your renovations and thoughtful kitchen cooking utensils have such taste and quality that we all enjoyed cooking. The location has proven geographical delight. Thank you for your thoughtful suggestions of places to explore.
Lézigno affords an extraordinary slice of regal French splendor - a small palace rather than a château - beautiful gardens and pool. Peaceful and elegant. The staff, Thierry and Nadine were kind and helpful.
Des vacances absolument merveilleuses. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment fabuleux de 12 nuits au Château Limousin. Nous étions 3 familles composées de 6 adultes et 8 enfants (de 3 à 9 ans). Le château et son terrain, y compris la grande piscine clôturée, sont extrêmement bien entretenus et offrent tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. Les propriétaires étaient des gens très gentils et extrêmement accueillants. Des vacances vraiment agréables... nous recommandons vivement.
A fantastically relaxing 2 weeks. The house and pool are perfect and Hugh and Ian couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We've already booked for next year and can't wait to get back here.
