A really nice villa with peaceful garden. We all especially children enjoyed the pool. Weather was also excellent, we were really lucky. Enjoyed the nature of L'Hérault, walking in Lac du Salagou and the Gorges d'Hérault and swimming in the mountain pools.

I cannot say how much I love this amazing old stone farmhouse; it has been so immaculately restored and is both stylish and supremely comfortable. The gardens are beautiful (what a fantastic collection of Salvias) and the infinity pool, with its view over the surrounding countryside, is a dream ( both for proper swimming of lengths and for sunbathing). I could spend all day here. It is lovely to have a choice of outdoor eating areas for long lunches or relaxing dinners. I love the fact the there are lots of delightful historic Bastide towns within easy driving distance, both for historical sightseeing , fabulous food markets and outstanding restaurants (Auberge Le Prieure at Moirax being my personal favourite !) I have visited the house three times now and each visit has been magic.
I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this house is, with its warm inviting rooms, its wonderful outside spaces and fabulous heated pool. It is decorated in a comfortable style that makes you feel as if you are at home and not in holiday accommodation. It is extremely clean; the kitchen and bathrooms, spotless, The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of clean sheets and towels. The house is fairly large and my husband I and stayed on our own, but we felt safe and secure. Obviously, with all the space, it is ideal for families, but equally as inviting for groups of friends. Situated in a small village, it is quiet - you can hear the church bells ringing in the local church. We loved to walk around the village and through the fields behind the house. We did think about going on a bike ride but decided just to sit by the pool most afternoons. It is an easy drive to Saint-Émilion (and other local vineyards) - my husband managed to find it without getting us lost! The drive from the airport probably took us about 40 minutes. Isabelle gave us wonderful direction - she speaks perfect English. In a word - wonderful!

Very nice accommodation. Host is very friendly. Maison Joigneaux is a perfect place to stay when visiting the region. We couldn't have wished for a better place to spend our extended weekend with friends.
Beautiful château with all amenities. Ann was extremely helpful with organising taxis, wine tours and any concerns. Very efficient in organising a new barbecue. Thank you for helping us have a fantastic holiday.
C'est la plus belle maison que nous ayons jamais louée pour des vacances. Nous étions deux familles et cela a parfaitement fonctionné pour nous. Tant d'activités à la maison, y compris les vélos, baby-foot, tennis de table, pétanque, court de tennis et une belle piscine chauffée. Il y a même encore plus de commodités que les photos ne le montrent y compris une grande piscine et une salle de jeux / TV. Le domaine est superbe et la vue de la terrasse au coucher du soleil est un spectacle à voir! Plusieurs belles villes se trouvent à moins d'une demi-heure de trajet. Mike et Natalie, qui s'occupent de la maison pour le propriétaire, habitent à quelques kilomètres de distance, toujours agréables, ils ne ménagent jamais leurs efforts, superbe maison, rien a redire! Ce fut un privilège de pouvoir séjourner ici pendant une semaine. Une pure détente. Nous avons passé des vacances très spéciales, encore une fois, Pure France nous a fait honneur.
Magnifique chalet avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Très très bien équipé et adapté pour les familles. Patrice est très accueillant et nous a donné de super conseils d'activité et visites. Merci pour tout.
Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise ici dans cette maison avec ce beau jardin et la piscine. Calme, repos et détente. Que demander de plus ? Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'attention et la disponibilité des gens à Bessan et Agde car nous avions besoin d'aide pour notre petite Leah. Merci pour la magnifique maison dans laquelle nous avons séjourné ces deux dernières semaines. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons également beaucoup apprécié votre aimable hospitalité ! Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses aux Hirondelles, une si belle maison, avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, et Cédric a été très serviable ! Nous sommes allés aux marchés de Narbonne (dimanche), de Capestang (mercredi), avons nagé dans la mer à Gruissan Plage, visité les abbayes de Narbonne, l'abbaye de Fontfroide - magnifique - et un fabuleux déjeuner dans un restaurant à La Grasse. Le bar de Canet est sympa, la pizzeria fait de bonnes pizzas (y compris à emporter) et il y a des magasins. A Raissac, il y a du pain et des croissants à la coopérative le matin et il y a une cave à vin à Canet ouverte tous les jours de 11h à 12h - remplissez votre contenant en plastique ! Nous avons dîné au Somail, des tapas et quelque chose de nature - tous deux très bons ! Je ne m'en souviens plus mais j'espère que vous apprécierez vos vacances autant que nous ! Merci Cédric !

We have stayed in some lovely properties in France, but this has to be the very best. We appreciated everything you both so generously provided to make our stay so very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived we felt welcome. We enjoyed our visits to Carcassonne, Narbonne and Minerve, and our boat trip on the Canal du Midi from Capestang and our trip to the Abbeye de Fontfroide. We had a superb meal in Restaurant d'Alibert in Caunes Minervois. Thank you so much for everything. We have had such a lovely fortnight and will miss this haven of beauty, peace and comfort for quite sometime. We hope to visit again - it sure is tough to leave here.
We returned after 3 years and so glad we did. Another fabulous time - weather not aways in our favour but didn't stop a great holiday again. Two restaurants we would recommend Le Masion Tourbes - great food, lunchtime was very busy, so get there early - very popular with the French. Saint Germain Hotel - excellent food and value. Best value kids menu we have found and adults set menu was great value and for an extra euro you can get 1/4 litre wine! Hope to return again - Love to all.
We have enjoyed two wonderful week here with cloudless skies and beautiful evenings. Amongst our favourite outings were nearby Villedieu, a beautiful spot for a lunchtime stop at the cafe du centre or the exceptional bistro de Villedieu, we also visited Gigondas with its magical views and charming square, Vaison la romaine is a stunning town especially the old part. We also enjoyed wondering around Nyons following the route through the spectacular medieval arches, chapel and church.

We had all been looking forward to this holiday and nothing disappointed - we have all had a wonderful time and at least we christened the pool! The time has passed so quickly - thank you for your wonderful hospitality, as always. We are looking forward to seeing you again this October.
We enjoyed a very special week in this outstanding house in the beautiful Burgundy Region. We would, of course, highly recommend it for wine enthusiasts (a topic about which we learned a lot!) but it also worked very well for us as a venue for an extended family get together. The experience was enhanced further by taking up the option of a 5 course catered dinner in the house one night which was absolutely first class.

Wonderful time in a wonderful house. So peaceful here. The house had everything we could possibly want and more besides (including a visiting woodpecker). Laparade night market was a highlight. The restaurant there is pretty fabulous too. We spent loong days by the pool and long evenings on the terrace. Frédérique and Hélène at the shop provided all we needed including homemade lasagne. And Olivia couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you, Mark and Janet.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous n'avons rien trouvé à redire à la propriété. Une très agréable expérience. L'intérieur était impeccable et moderne, la cuisine était bien équipée et facile à utiliser, l'espace salon et salle à manger étaient propices à la détente et les chambres extrêmement confortables. Les vues à l'extérieur sont vraiment magnifiques, parfait pour profiter de la terrasse en prennant un bain de soleil ou en mangeant à l'extérieur, sans oublier la piscine à débordement pour se rafraîchir. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très relaxant.
What a lovely house and location. We have all had a lovely holiday. 3 generations together having a great time. Many thanks to Jery and Bridget who couldn't have done more to make our stay so happy. Love to come back.
Time seems to have stood still for these 10 days. And yet it passed quickly. An idyllic setting, calm at all times, 2 charming and attentive hosts. We loved our stay at Colombat Cottage.
Grande maison pour un séjour en famille... parfait pour les adultes et les petits enfants de notre groupe. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement paisible et la faune locale... les superbes vues ainsi que l'observation des oiseaux! Maison confortable et très bien équipée pour les passionnés de cuisine! De nombreux salons extérieurs agréables... et une piscine fabuleuse. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup exploré la région mais je recommanderais vivement Monpazier qui était charmant.
