Nous n avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer Eva mais nous avons été accueilli par Harold qui est une personne très solaire. la maison est très jolie et très agréable. Les chambres et la salle de vie sont tres spacieuses. Le coin terrasse avec sa plancha, la piscine avec sa petite plage et les transats pour bien se relaxer sont très appréciables.
Je voulais juste vous dire à quel point nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Maison Brunet. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La maison, et surtout la cuisine, étaient parfaitement équipées pour profiter des produits locaux. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée et les détails sont soignés. La piscine était rafraîchissante, propre et un atout précieux pendant les chaudes journées d'été. Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes avec un chien et nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour dans la maison, avec son jardin et son parc. Merci.

A little corner of paradise ! Everything is perfect; the house, the exteriors, the decoration, the atmosphere.
For the last 10 years, a whole group of friends and now growing amount of children have been going on holidays. We found Mas de la Rivière by chance by doing a search for 'a big house to rent in France'. Well the house is huge! We were so pleased and extremely surprised to see how much space they were when we arrived. The owners were away but we were greeted buy lovely girl where everything was and how everything worked. The house is child friendly with a huge swimming pool (with a slide). A huge trampoline, climbing frame / slide / swings and table tennis. There is enough bikes for all the kids to ride around the gardens and woods around the property are vast. We were told to help ourselves to their fruit and vegetables. The kitchen was really well equipped with lots of child friendly stuff like cups and plates etc. The rooms all had ensuite bathrooms and were extremely comfortable with good mattresses and fans in all the rooms. Mid week the lovely cleaners came and changed all the bedding and towels and cleaned all the bathrooms. The house has Wi-Fi throughout with meant that some of us could work if needed. And of course browse Facebook and Instagram.
Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour en France et nous envisagerons sans aucun doute d'utiliser à nouveau Pure France lors d'une prochaine occasion.
Que dire ? Nous venons d'y passer une semaine incroyable. Dale et Lorraine ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, très accueillants et sympathiques. La propriété est située dans un endroit isolé, à la fois agricole et paisible, ce qui était exactement ce que nous recherchions pour nous aider à échapper au stress de la vie trépidante. La ferme et le gîte sont très modernes et aménagés avec goût. L'expérience de Dale en matière d'architecture est évidente, car les aménagements et la rénovation modernes sont réalisés avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. La piscine était une pause bienvenue, car nous étions là pendant une vague de chaleur, avec des températures avoisinant les 35 degrés la plupart du temps ! Nos hôtes ont tout fait pour que notre intimité soit respectée. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine et espérons faire de cette destination l'une de nos destinations les plus régulières.
We've had an absolutely fantastic holiday. Apart from the stunning accommodation, the welcome and the help from Karen and Russell, we've also had great weather and lots of places to visit and things to do. Everything about our fortnight has been really enjoyable and will stay memorable.
We had a fantastic weeks stay and while we did some visiting (Mount Ventoux was a highlight), we just appreciated being able to use the swimming pool, table tennis and pool table rooms, some of our skills definitely improved during our holiday. We also loved being able to eat outside and admire the fantastic views. The house had everything we needed, we will hopefully be able to visit again.
Well maintained property, any problems rapidly sorted. Proximity of Leclerc a real bonus for the 8 year-old fetching bread in the mornings. A real relaxing holiday for three generations and would happily revisit. For Pure France (having used other of their properties) we would rate it 5 / 5.
Emplacement calme avec vue imprenable. Jo et John n'auraient pas pu être plus serviables et Jo est un cuisinier incroyable avec un gâteau et du vin pour nous accueillir ! Les communications avec John et Jos ont été très rapides et utiles Jo a aidé à communiquer avec le vétérinaire pour organiser le retour des chiens au Royaume-Uni, la réservation de restaurants et des conseils sur les marchés et les endroits à visiter. La cuisine est bien équipée car nous avons mangé la plupart des soirs. Nourrir les poules et ramasser les œufs était très amusant. Nous n'avons pas eu de beau temps, mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup pédalé dans la région et sommes allés pour visiter les attractions pendant des journées. Du plan de la propriété, je n'ai pas réussi à régler la situation de la salle de bain entre la première chambre et la chambre superposée. C'est une salle de bain jack and jill. Nous avons tous trouvé les lits très confortables. La piscine est charmante et John l'entretient très bien et il y a beaucoup de choses à faire pour les grands et les petits enfants à la propriété. Nous y étions depuis trois semaines et nous n'avions toujours pas le temps de tout faire.
Wow, what a stunning house – so, so loved being here and just wished the days had stretched a little longer to have seen more of this beautiful part of the Dordogne. Massive thanks to Jayne and Ian for looking after us so well! Thank you from the Blackett-Shield Family.
Beautiful renovation with the charm of old stones and the modernity of interior materials. Premium interior equipment. Absolute calm, without proximity to the road. Very comfortable for this property. Christophe available, nice and helpful. It was perfect.
We spent 2 heavenly weeks at your magical château. Thank you for your hospitality, warmth, care and advice! Your love of the château, your family and France made our trip that much more meaningful. Everyone who came (16 total, ages 2 - 74) has literally called the trip life changing! You have managed to maintain the Château's glory and created a mystical place for families and friends to connect and explore the beautiful Dordogne region. Thank you for all your sightseeing advice and the catering recommendations. This trip is unforgettable!
As our week draws to a close I wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you both for another fabulous week staying in your lovely house. As with last year, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time, both chilling around the pool and house as well as exploring the local area - so many treats to be found.
A wonderful stay at Mas du Château!! The home has everything you need and even more!! From the decor to the amenities to the exteriors, everything was at its best! Christophe was very attentive and ultra available!! The ideal PLACE to have a great time with friends and family!!
Notre hôte nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et nous a non seulement fait visiter l'appartement mais également l'ensemble du bâtiment et ses environs. L'appartement était impeccable, beau design moderne avec toutes les commodités et si proche de la plage. Plus important encore pour nous, il peut accueillir un jeune bébé avec une chaise haute, un lit bébé, une baignoire pour bébé et même des jouets de bain. Enfin l'emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez découvrir la Côte d'Azur. Nous avons fait des excursions d'une journée dans notre voiture de location tant à l'Est que vers l'Ouest depuis cet appartement, notamment Eze, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, St Paul de Vence, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Menton, Monte Carlo et Cap Ferrat. Merci de nous offrir des vacances parfaites.

Thank you for allowing us to holiday at Château Trieux, it didn't disappoint! What a truly wonderful house and holiday experience we had. After exploring for a few hours on arrival it really felt like home. The children loved the pool, sporting facilities and quad bikes. The floodlit tennis court made for some great fun away from the day time heat. Whilst we loved the space and beautifully appointed rooms. You have a real gem in Château Trieux and the nearby town of Bergerac and many villages and markets as promised didn't disappoint either, simply stunning!! Thank you again and will definitely book for next year.
Superbe location dans un coin de verdure très calme. Tout était parfait avec mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée qui a fait le bonheur du petit fils. À louer les yeux fermés.
A three-generation family holiday has been thoroughly enjoyed here at Fontalbe. Sitting under the wisteria Trees was a favourite spot for breakfast, reading, watercolour painting etc. the pool has been fantastic for six grandchildren who have had hours of fun and laughter, the sun loungers have been well used too. So much wildlife – demoiselles, butterflies, dragonflies, lizards, a toad plus fish and crayfish in the stream.
Relaxing beauty and inspiring glimps of art and decoration. (esp. Tim's Raven!) Top spot here! Thank you for everything! "Elan" gives us an everlasting memory. Groeten!

An amazing time! A fabulous location. Spending ‘chilling’ time with the family by the pool was invaluable. The house is perfect and allowed us to cook using superb French produce. The whole family enjoyed every minute. Pretty sure if you have space, we’ll be back. Thank you very much.

Charming host. Beautiful location with magnificent views with vines and sunflowers. Perfect for running and walking. Good clean pool with covered area alongside so ideal for being in the shade. House very comfortable with all amenities including air con throughout.
