Our week in your beautiful home has gone far too quickly. We have really enjoyed the era and explored Uzes and its restaurants. There is still so much to do and we hope to be back. Many thanks for your welcome and discreet hospitality. The tortoises were a great distraction!
Magnifique séjour. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La villa est magnifique, très spacieuse, très bien équipée et agencée, il ne manquait rien. La situation géographique est parfaite. On est à 5 minutes de la plage d'Agosta, des restaurants. La résidence est très calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Emmanuelle. On y reviendra avec plaisir.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes qui avons décidé de découvrir le Périgord. Nous avons regardé cette propriété et sommes tombés amoureux de l'extérieur : le château lui-même et le magnifique jardin avec piscine. La décoration intérieure était unique car il y avait un très joli salon avec un piano qui me rappelait le style du 18ème siècle tandis que la salle à manger avait des éléments plus médiévaux. Le deuxième étage comportait de nombreuses chambres, ce qui était très bien pour le reste de notre famille qui nous a rejoint plus tard. À cet étage, il y a aussi une deuxième salle de télévision où tous les adolescents traînaient. Nous avons dîné à l'intérieur le matin et dehors le soir. Nous avons apprécié les barbecues et (beaucoup) de bon vin. Les voisins, qui sont également des amis du propriétaire, étaient très serviables et gentils. Nous avons découvert toutes sortes d'attractions comme visiter des châteaux, déguster du vin, faire du kayak sur la Dordogne et assister à de grandes fêtes organisées par différents villages tout au long de l'été. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances dans ce magnifique château ! Nous reviendrons certainement pour d'autres vacances.
A perfect villa with a perfect property manager. We are six retired Americans who travel together often. The property manager is most responsive we have dealt with. If messaged at a reasonable hour she respond in minutes. Now add to that a wonderful modernised property in a wonderful location and you get what we got, a perfect vacation. The property manager arranged a driver and a cook and both were outstanding. The property has stunning views and easy access to rail, within walking distance of fine restaurants and the privacy all renters seek. If you are visiting the south of France and you want to be a short distance from all things and a short train ride to Cannes and Nice, you cannot do better than this property and you will not find a better property manager. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.
Je veux juste vous envoyer un petit message pour vous dire quelles belles vacances nous passons dans votre charmante maison. D'après les photos, il avait l'air fabuleux, mais en fait, à l'arrivée, il a vraiment dépassé nos attentes. Nous apprécions vraiment ce bel environnement et aussi le fait rare qu'il était très bien approvisionné avec toutes ces choses dont on a normalement besoin et pour lesquelles on se précipite au supermarché pour les acheter : papier toilette, savon, tablettes pour lave-vaisselle et autres. Je voulais juste vous faire savoir à quel point c'est un endroit charmant et vous dire merci.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à la villa. La villa est idéale, spacieuse et joliment décorée. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et la table de ping-pong ! C'est une base idéale pour visiter la région. Le marché de Pézenas est à ne pas manquer. Nous avons navigué sur bateau, monté des chevaux, loué des vélos à Marseillan et vu des flamants roses ! Des vacances de rêve. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil. À bientôt.
Je voulais juste dire combien nous avons apprécié nos 2 semaines aux Granels. La maison et les installations ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Nous avons également été ravis du service que nous avons reçu de Pure France, chaque question a été traitée rapidement et efficacement.
C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons chez David et Kirstie pour un long week-end entre amis. Tout est toujours parfait. Un hébergement excellent, des hôtes au top et un environnement exceptionnel ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous le recommandons sans hésiter ! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.
We have just returned from Villa La Baronne where our family of 15 had a wonderful time! The villa is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It is in an ideal location, less than a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket.
What a wonderful house and great host. We had a super holiday home in Mouans Sartoux. The house was very comfortable, clean and so well equipped. We took advantage of the property owners excellent recommendations for local restaurants, however, the kitchen was so well equipped we could have happily cooked and hosted a dinner party for ten people. Maison de la Siagne was a great location as a base to explore the Côte d'Azur. The train station is only 10 minutes walk from the house and the A8 only 10 minutes by car. We relaxed by the pool during the day, went out to explore and had dinner late afternoon and returned later to enjoy the super night-time view from the terrace over the valley towards Grasse.
Fabulous elegant stay. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Manoir Capraise. We only had a week at this fantastic house but it was very memorable. The main house and gîte have been beautifully and tastefully restored. There is great quality and attention to detail throughout from the lovely terraces / landscaping / pool / vegetable garden to the quality furnishings and equipment . Many a lovely meal was enjoyed admiring the fantastic location from the multiple outdoor seating areas on the terraces. The gîte provided a great independent area for teenagers and the well equipped gym was a bonus, plans for a games room will further enhance this great property. We appreciated a lovely welcome package of local wine and produce, another quality touch. Thank you Mark and Sarah, everything was just perfect, we hope to return again.
Absolutely gorgeous house. Périgueux and Saint-Émilion were both charming - wonderful food, too. Weather has been idyllic and the swimming pool and loungers were a perfect way to relax. We will greatly miss this house and take with us very happy memories of our holiday here.

Driving down the lane to Maison Bourriette, you know you are on holiday. The farmhouse, set in lovely grounds with views over the countryside, is charming, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There are markets, hilltop villages and beautiful country walks on the doorstep to explore and then a wonderful warm pool to really unwind! Evenings relaxing by lamplight in the stunning courtyard with wine and friends - memories are made of this!
Nous sommes de retour à la maison après deux très bonnes semaines. Il a fait beau et chaud la première semaine (l'idéal pour la piscine). Nous avons bu du très bon vin et avons mangé dans de très bons restaurants. (Franck Putelat à Carcassonne, Octopus à Béziers, Cot Mas, Lauzun à Gignac, Presbytère à Vailhan etc). Nous sommes allés aux marchés et avons cuisiné avec d'excellents produits frais. Nous avons découvert une boulangerie au feu de bois à Canet et visité de nombreux endroits magnifiques. Avec cette belle maison - on ne peut que passer des vacances parfaites. Nous avons rencontré Olivier et Raphaël - sympathiques et drôles et nous avons bu une bière ensemble. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici, en particulier le temps passé dans le magnifique jardin où nous avons profité du temps magnifique et où nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés - très agréable pour mon enfant de 5 ans ! De plus, l'odeur parfumée des fleurs fraîches était extrêmement accueillante et apportait une touche spéciale. Nous recommanderions certainement cette belle maison de vacances à nos amis et à notre famille ! Merci beaucoup.
Merci pour votre hospitalité. Nous avons apprécié la maison et nos garçons (13 et 11 ans) ont adoré la piscine ! C'était un endroit idéal pour explorer la Dordogne et le Lot en faisant du kayak, de la tyrolienne, des châteaux, des marchés, des villes médiévales, des grottes et des jardins. Monpazier était l'un de nos préférés ! Merci encore.
Has the Wow factor. Everything you needed and more. A dream gateway. The kids especially were never bored. A wonderful, relaxing stay. We will hopefully return.
We enjoyed the house very much. We especially enjoyed the kitchen. The provision of cook books, an array of perfectly clean utensils. A stock of herbs and spices was a real bonus. We hope many more come and enjoy it as we did.
We have used Pure France and other similar companies over many years, but I do not believe I have heard how highly rated they thought this particular property was - ever! As a result of the standard of accommodation, gardens and the local surrounding area, we are already trying to see if there is anything which can beat it for next year, especially for standards of finish and value for money (if you can recommend anything similar, please let us know)? I work in the construction industry as a design manager and can see someone has spent a lot of time and effort in getting the best out of this large old building, bringing it up to a high standard with well considered interior design - obviously the owner has considered in a lot of detail. Please pass on our thanks for being able to use the property.
We had a fabulous time staying in this very stylish and well equipped house, enjoying both the heat wave and the incredible storm. We loved the swimming pool and the pool and table tennis tables. We visited Vaison la Romaine and Avignon and enjoyed both of them. The market in Nyons was very impressive and very busy, so it was worth going early. We loved eating at the resto des arts in Nyons particulary enjoying the ravioli. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely house it is quite stunning.

We have just arrived back from Maison Palatini and we all had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful in such a quiet place and yet minutes from the town centre. The pool is wonderful. My Grand daughters were never out of it! I would also like to say that Andrew and Sharman were most helpful and such nice people. Thank you so much.
