Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette très jolie maison de caractère, pleine de charme et de luxe. Située dans une grande propriété calme, vaste et bien entretenue, la maison offre de belles surfaces et de nombreuses chambres, idéales pour une grande famille. La grande piscine est parfaite pour toute la famille. L’accueil est très sympathique et nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cette belle propriété. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
We stayed at Villa La Baronne for a week in early October. We were blessed with good weather and the surrounding area is beautiful and historically very interesting. As for the property itself, Villa La Baronne offers every possible amenity a guest might wish for. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The living areas are spacious and inviting. Outside the garden is lovely and has ample space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The swimming pool is of a great size and in cooler temperatures it is heated. We had a lovely time and the hosts were exceptional. Can't recommend this villa enough. Book it while you can!
Fabulous house accommodating everyone in comfort, superb location and fantastic views. The family particularly enjoyed the warm pool and al fresco dining. Lorraine who greeted us was super friendly and helpful, responding quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend this property
Thank you again for opening your home to us this summer. We all really needed a vacation and the house was a superb way to relax and enjoy perfect weather. We all had a great time and fully enjoyed the house and the property. The overall layout of the house and inside the rooms is very thoughtful and was perfect for all of us. We had three families, 4 kids of different ages and a grandma. The different spaces allowed us to handle the different kid routines and moods in a way that gave everyone privacy. The kitchen is large and extremely well furnished. Makes it comfortable to cook for large groups. The pool is actually enormous. The way Patrick takes care of it seems to produce much better results than I have seen in other places: the water stayed clear all the way through. The pool house is an incredibly valuable area, especially because it is so well furnished, this is a serious luxury. The small supermarket in St-Antonin-du-Var is surprisingly good, if you are not a big cook you could totally live off this (they opened on Sunday am!). We also organised a Casino home delivery for the day before we arrived. We used P and Geraldine for 16 hours a week, to get the kitchen cleaned, make the beds, light housekeeping, remove rubbish, clean the BBQ and pool house areas and this made a huge positive difference.

Très bien situé, sur la plage avec un excellent accès aux diverses activités. Le stationnement est super. Tout était parfait, depuis les communications préalables jusqu'au contrôle de départ. J'ai adoré l'appartement et l'ambiance générale et pouvoir rester sur la plage avec toutes les activités amusantes, les magasins et les marchés. Idéal pour marcher. La plage et l'eau sont fantastiques !! L'appartement est parfait. Appartement impeccable, très bien situé. Très central par rapport à tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter.
A really nice villa with peaceful garden. We all especially children enjoyed the pool. Weather was also excellent, we were really lucky. Enjoyed the nature of L'Hérault, walking in Lac du Salagou and the Gorges d'Hérault and swimming in the mountain pools.
We had a great vacation in a great house. My compliments to the property owner for renting out such a great home.
Driving down the lane to Maison Bourriette, you know you are on holiday. The farmhouse, set in lovely grounds with views over the countryside, is charming, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There are markets, hilltop villages and beautiful country walks on the doorstep to explore and then a wonderful warm pool to really unwind! Evenings relaxing by lamplight in the stunning courtyard with wine and friends - memories are made of this!
Story book house in a story book setting... We very happily spent the month of August in this charming, comfortable and clean Provençal house. Although it's only minutes from marvellous food shopping and useful services (super market, cafés, restaurants, fitness center, bank, etc. ) it feels private and a world apart. The owner was unfailingly gracious and readily available by phone or email to her London location. As for the world famous village of Gordes and the whole Luberon area... it's one of our most favorite places on the planet.
We stayed here during early August. The property is out in the countryside and provided a very welcome quite location for a relaxing vacation. The property has character, built in traditional stone and has extensive grounds to explore. There is a wonderful view of the Château de Biron from the front of the property. The château is well worth a visit and if you climb to the top you can pick out the property in the distance. The pool is fantastic and we spent many hours by and in the pool. We had great fun playing water volleyball. The house has all amenities that you want, although the Wi-Fi can be slow, but this has to be expected out in the country as I explained to my children! If staying here in the summer, take a walk just before sunset, out the drive and turn left. Just down the road you will catch some great sunsets and you are likely to see lots of deer at the same time. Visit Monpazier a few miles away. It's a great place to find a restaurant and wonder around this beautiful bastide town.
Ce lieu va nous manquer jusqu'à ce qu'on ait l'occasion d'y retourner. Génial.
We can't wait to return. Russell and Karen are perfect hosts and the Loft is amazing. We can't imagine how your next project will look, we shall have to come back and see for ourselves. Languedoc, Occitanie is so beautiful and we have only scratched the surface. The Loft is the perfect place to stay and venture out from, returning to its calm and tranquil environment - just perfect. One week was certainly not enough and we both hope very much to return soon and we wish you all the best.

Une semaine incroyable passée en famille pour fêter un 50ème anniversaire. L'emplacement était parfait, calme mais proche des commodités telles qu'une belle boulangerie et des commerces. La propriété a tout : beaucoup de lieux où se détendre mais aussi beaucoup d'espace où se rejoindre et socialiser. Philippe était un hôte incroyable, il nous a présenté la propriété et l'emplacement, nous a apporté des pâtisseries deux fois pendant notre séjour, nous a fait une visite des vins de Saint-Chinian et un dîner au Pourquoi Pas (qui était à tomber par terre pour ses produits et son emplacement). Je recommande vivement pendant votre séjour de faire une excursion en bateau sur le canal du Midi depuis Colombiers et une descente en kayak de l'Orb depuis Roquebun. Merci pour votre hospitalité.
Merci pour ce beau moment dans votre belle maison. La piscine est incroyable ainsi que les vues. Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments à visiter Eymet, Duras, Monségur, le Médoc et Saint-Émilion. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette magnifique propriété. Les hôtes étaient extrêmement serviables et accueillants. La maison est incroyable - beau mélange d'ancien et de moderne. Portes et plafonds à double hauteur impressionnants. Très spacieux et bien aménagé. Les enfants se sont bien amusés à nager dans la piscine. Les jardins sont charmants - nous avons aimé le hamac et la balançoire. Nous avons également utilisé la table de tennis. La maison et le terrain sont très privés et isolés. Nous avions une belle vue sur les champs de tournesols environnants. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété aux familles.

Quel endroit fabuleux pour passer une semaine ! Le château est incroyable. L'immense piscine a fait un tabac auprès des petits comme des grands, et il y avait tellement d'espace pour se détendre. Nous avons adoré. Merci !
Un autre superbe séjour à la Maison Baleyssagues: nous y avons encore passé un merveilleux moment et le meilleur temps jusque-là ! Du soleil constamment ! Comme toujours, merci beaucoup à Frédéric pour l'accueil des plus chaleureux (comme toujours). Nous rentrons à la maison avec encore plus de souvenirs de la Villa.

I'd like to thank you for the fantastic stay we had in your amazing cottage Maison Bourg Calès. It was simply beautiful and my family and I absolutely loved every second of our stay. The weather was brilliant and there aren't enough words to describe how stunning your cottage is. We would definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to any friends. Belle et vaste demeure décorée avec soin composée d'une maison équipée de 2 salons, une grande cuisine parfaitement équipée, de 4 chambres et autant de salles d'eau à l'étage. Un gîte à l'extérieur avec 3 chambres et salon, une magnifique salle conviviale avec table de ping-pong, billard, bar complètement équipé et home cinéma. Mark, malgré la distance, est très réactif et sympathique. Un de ses amis est venu, s'assurer, le lendemain de notre arrivée, que nous étions bien installés. La maison est bien placée pour visiter les villages aux alentours : Bergerac, Issigeac, boucle de la Nette, château de Biron, Villareal... A refaire l'été pour profiter de la majestueuse piscin! On recommande VIVEMENT!
It's hard to know where to start with this wonderful home, the inside and outside are so special its impossible to choose a 'best bit'! I didn't know this part of France at all and whilst it was a wonderful discovery, the château itself stands head and shoulders above its surroundings (literally) with his jaw dropping views. 360 degrees of rolling hills, almost no building in sight and just the sheep and their charming bells the only signs of neighbours. The pictures simply can't do it justice. The house itself is extremely luxurious in its proportions and furnishings. The main difference to other holiday homes is that it is so evidently a comfortable home. We had one rainy day on our trip and the excuse to be inside for the evening with the fire and comfortable sofa's was a great treat. The mixed accommodation is wonderful, with the farm house next to the château and the two charming cottages in the grounds. Very much one for a gang of friends or large family. The owners provide some brilliant suggestions on what to do when venturing further afield - should you want to! But there seem to be endless possibilities, in our brief 10 days we discovered so much and feel we could happily come back every year for 10 years and still be finding new spots. The castle at Foix is an absolute must for children and for adults, if you don't want to go parachuting after your market trip to beautiful Mirepoix the Michelin restaurant 8 minutes away in Camon is a must. But equally with the tennis court, heated pool, choice of terraces to eat on, chapel, lake and boat it would be entirely possible to spend a happy week going no where at all. Perhaps apart from a trip down the drive to Olivier and Marielle's informal shop. Heaven.
A perfect villa with a perfect property manager. We are six retired Americans who travel together often. The property manager is most responsive we have dealt with. If messaged at a reasonable hour she respond in minutes. Now add to that a wonderful modernised property in a wonderful location and you get what we got, a perfect vacation. The property manager arranged a driver and a cook and both were outstanding. The property has stunning views and easy access to rail, within walking distance of fine restaurants and the privacy all renters seek. If you are visiting the south of France and you want to be a short distance from all things and a short train ride to Cannes and Nice, you cannot do better than this property and you will not find a better property manager. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.
Absolutely fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks and would love to return. It's so well equipped, you've thought of everything UK TV meant we could stay in touch with local news not mention avidly watching the olympics. The property couldn't be bettered!
Mon mari et moi avec nos 2 enfants (10 et 12 ans) avons séjourné au Borghesia pendant une semaine et c'était vraiment un bonheur. La maison est fraîche et à une température agréable en revenant s'abriter du soleil, bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-linge et sèche-linge. De grands canapés confortables et une télévision connectée ont assuré le bonheur des enfants après des journées de farniente au bord de la piscine, des balades à vélo ou du canoë sur la Dordogne. Le tout à quelques minutes à vélo. C'est un endroit très privé, sans circulation ni bruit à part les oiseaux et bien sûr quand les adorables chiens de Victoire sont venus dire bonjour. C'est une immense maison et une immense piscine, elle peut donc facilement accueillir 8 personnes avec de nombreuses chaises longues de luxe, des chaises, des parasols et même une jolie grange à côté de la piscine. Je dois mentionner à nouveau la piscine car elle est magnifique !!!
I had a great stay at Le Mas de Combet with a group of 9 adults and 2 infants as we were attending a wedding nearby at Chateau de St Paul (c. 10 - 15 minutes drive) The house was clean, well equipped and very peaceful and private. The villa is remote so a car is definitely required but it's a beautiful setting with wonderful views of the countryside and the pool was well used during our stay! We had a couple of days of rain but the house is so comfortable and has plenty of space for indoor and outdoor entertaining. One small note was that there is no soap, shower gel or shampoo provided as described on the listing but that was a very minor inconvenience which was easily resolved. Dermod, our contact was extremely helpful and responsive and even personally arranged a lift for one of our party back from the wedding venue (thanks to Patricia!). Thanks for a great stay - we would definitely recommend!
