Fabulous elegant stay. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Manoir Capraise. We only had a week at this fantastic house but it was very memorable. The main house and gîte have been beautifully and tastefully restored. There is great quality and attention to detail throughout from the lovely terraces / landscaping / pool / vegetable garden to the quality furnishings and equipment . Many a lovely meal was enjoyed admiring the fantastic location from the multiple outdoor seating areas on the terraces. The gîte provided a great independent area for teenagers and the well equipped gym was a bonus, plans for a games room will further enhance this great property. We appreciated a lovely welcome package of local wine and produce, another quality touch. Thank you Mark and Sarah, everything was just perfect, we hope to return again.
Thank you so much for your warm and friendly hospitality. We have had a wonderful relaxing week in this beautiful Loft and garden. The maison de maitre is amazing and we wish you good luck with everything.

Merci de partager votre belle maison avec nous. Quel honneur de passer du temps dans cette partie du monde si spéciale, un petit coin de paradis entouré de vignes, de tournesols et de lavande. Nous avons bu du vin délicieux et mangé beaucoup trop de fromage. Merci Frédéric d'avoir pris soin de nous et de nous avoir amené quelques ventilateurs pour apaiser la chaleur. Nous avons hâte de revenir un jour bientôt.

This is a spacious, stylish house perfect for families, friends and couples in the heart of pretty Vezenobres located within an easy hour of mountains, rivers, gorgeous markets, Roman towns with their summer festivals and even the Mediterranean. The house itself is so lovely both in and out - you will no doubt be back again and again!

Perfect for large families Amazing property, well equipped for large groups and space for all to spend time together or escape each other! Great pool and pool area. Great having so many bedrooms and bathrooms when holidaying with extended family and lots of kids! Wonderful manager on hand to answer any questions and offer recommendations. Will definitely return!
We had a great weekend with friends at Mas du Château. Everything was very clean, the house is comfortable and very well decorated, perfectly equipped. We were not able to take advantage of the swimming pool because of the weather. Excellent communication before our arrival and during our stay, very responsive host. Thank you Christophe, we recommend without a second thought!!
Well, when Beverley told me she wanted to bring our children and grandchildren for a 'once in a lifetime' holiday, to celebrate our forthcoming 50th wedding anniversary in October, I must be honest I was negative and full of foreboding! But... Domaine de Nérige! Wow, what a place Bev found while I was moping around saying this won’t work. Not only was the location, 'in the middle of nowhere' absolutely perfect but the house was just beautiful with every facility we could possibly have wanted not to mention Sandie and David constantly going the extra mile if we needed advice. Thank you both for being the perfect hosts. We have not one negative word to say about this beautiful property - the rooms were comfortable, cooled where necessary with AC, the plethora of bathrooms is nothing short of extraordinary. Showers perfect and the supply of local wine and your own olive oil is truly the nicest touch. The games room, the space for kids to play on the terrace culminating in the fantastic pool was everything kids and the whole family would want. We didn’t need to leave here and, in fact, we probably did spend more time here that we would have in a 'run of the mill' villa. So finally, thank you to you both. We would love to see you both again but it would not be with such a heavy group of 'hangers on' although Bev’s decision for us to all be together this year was an inspirational one which worked perfectly. Everyone LOVED it.
Wow, what a holiday! We've just returned from a fantastic week at the house and all 14 of us have nothing but praise for the whole week. The house has been beautifully renovated and is perfectly equipped in every way. We ranged from 75 to 1 yr old and had plenty of space for us all. From the crisp white linen on the very comfy beds to the pizza oven, full sized bar, the lovely sun loungers and very well equipped kitchen... we couldn't have asked for more. The kids loved picking tomatoes and lettuce from the kitchen garden and my sister and I loved the fabulous gym with amazing views across the valley. In the run up to the holiday, I had all my questions answered and George was on hand for anything we needed during our stay. We're already planning our return visit next year, hopefully for a couple of weeks as one just isn't enough!
Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Your Loft is superb - the best rental property we have stayed in complete with an excellent and safe swimming pool and large garden, which it was very nice to play hide and seek in. Everything was beautifully laid out with amazing attention to detail and very well equipped. We have had a great two weeks here.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Mas Saint-Martial. Merci pour votre accueil très agréable et chaleureux. La maison et le parc sont magnifiques et nous avons apprécié la piscine, le badminton, le ping-pong et la pétanque. Nous avons apprécié nous détendre au bord de la piscine dans un environnement calme et paisible. Brantôme est une très jolie ville au bord de la rivière. Aubeterre-sur-Dronne est également un endroit magnifique à visiter, avec sa remarquable église monolithique souterraine. Bergerac vaut le détour pour ses bâtiments à colombages. Un séjour fantastique, merci.
Que dire ? Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine merveilleuse dans la magnifique Maison Camirout. Un grand merci à Madeline et Alan ! Vous êtes des hôtes fabuleux. La région est magnifique et votre maison et votre piscine sont tout simplement exceptionnelles !
We had a wonderful holiday at Maison Emz. Jacky and Anne are the perfect hosts, being friendly, helpful and keen to allow us to have a good vacation. Maison Emz is a beautiful house with excellent facilities and is beautifully decorated and equipped. The outside spaces and pool area provide a lovely environment to relax. The house location, in a quiet rural area but with the good local town of Goudargues and other interesting towns and villages within easy reach, is a great place to enjoy two weeks in the sun.
Nous venons de rentrer d'une merveilleuse quinzaine à la Maison Charvin. Ayant séjourné chaque année en France pendant un peu plus d'années que je ne me souviens maintenant, je peux dire en toute honnêteté que c'est l'une des meilleures maisons dans lesquelles nous ayons séjourné. En plus d'être pleine de caractère et idéalement située pour explorer les délices de Carcassonne et de ses environs, la maison elle-même est absolument impeccable avec tant de petites attentions - de deux belles bouteilles de vin pour nous accueillir jusqu'à une trousse de premiers soins dans le salle de bain et un kit de couture dans le tiroir de la cuisine. Et pour la cuisine, eh bien, c'est le rêve d'un cuisinier. Notre plus jeune fille est une cuisinière passionnée et elle était ravie d'être entourée de tous les ustensiles auxquels elle pouvait penser, y compris des couteaux de cuisine décents. Le jardin de la cour est magnifique - le jasmin et le laurier-rose étaient en fleurs pendant notre séjour et le parfum le soir était délicieux ! La piscine, quant à elle, a été très appréciée et bien utilisée par tout le monde. Montlaur elle-même est très jolie. Nous avons adoré le marché et le concert du mardi soir - un excellent groupe de jazz a joué la première semaine et un fabuleux groupe de blues la seconde. Les vins de Dagne était excellents pour le souper et Aurelian, le propriétaire était très sympathique et extrêmement compétent en matière de recommandations de vin. Les amateurs d'histoire apprécieront la riche histoire cathare de la région au sens large et une visite à Lagrasse, juste en bas de la route, s'impose. Dernier point, mais non le moindre, Sharon, la propriétaire, est tout simplement adorable. Si amicale et prête à immédiatement aider. Dans l'ensemble, deux semaines merveilleuses et j'espère que nous pourrons revenir.
We wanted to find a location that provided peace and tranquillity and allow us all to pause for a while. We sought comfort, privacy and nature and found it all and more at La Metairie de Mespoule. We have just spent two wonderful weeks in late July and early August under the life giving sun of South Western France. We explored the beautiful villages, we ate in a raft of superb restaurants and we came back each day to the enjoy the tranquillity offered by the Metairie. The accommodation is perfect for a family holiday, the kitchen / living area is perfectly appointed and the outside terrace much used by us all. The naturally heated pool is an inspired choice and proved to be very popular with us all as did the BBQ area, the table tennis and an evening game of pétanque on the gravelled driveway. Catherine and Jono are perfect hosts offering as much or as little support and guidance as required – we opted for a private wine tour which was fabulous. We give the strongest of recommendations for anyone looking for a perfectly relaxing holiday.
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. La maison est agencée et décorée avec soin, o s'y sent bien. Et quelle vue, quelle tranquillité... Un grand merci pour votre accueil si chaleureux, tout est parfait ici. Et que dire de la piscine chauffée qui a permis aux enfants de s'amuser pendant des heures. Merci beaucoup pour tout.
Nous venons de passer la plus merveilleuse des semaines à la Maison des Communes. Philippe a été charmant, très serviable et informatif dès l'accueil et quelle belle surprise de voir une belle sélection de fromages et de vins laissés à notre attention! La villa est extrêmement bien meublée et équipée, c'est un délice de s'y détendre. Elle est très bien située pour explorer la région et faire un saut à l'une des nombreuses belles plages le long de la côte. La disposition des trois logements différents était absolument parfaite pour notre groupe de huit personnes, offrant intimité et détente à chacun, bien que nous ayons passé la plupart du temps autour et dans l'agréable piscine ou assis dehors à regarder la nuit s'installer tout en sirotant des vins locaux. Il y a beaucoup à voir et à découvrir dans la région et la villa était un havre de paix où nous rentrions chaque jour. Quelle superbe semaine: fabuleux petits déjeuners, mobilier élégant et artistique, chaleur et grand soleil de fin août et les meilleures vacances. Merci beaucoup, Philippe!
We stayed in this amazing house for a couple of weeks - 4 couples, with kids left home! The place is really hard to describe because it is so much more than we expected. Also the photos don't quite do it justice (especially the outdoors pics). It is a huge house, with several levels. All the bedrooms bar one are on one upper floor. The other bedroom (that we stayed in) is accessible on the side of the building and has a lovely little terrace with a small table and chairs. Perfect for taking in the sun or simply relaxing. I did do a bit of work there. On the lower level is the huge kitchen, big dining area with a really cool table that makes entertaining fun and loads of interesting living areas each individual and stylishly decorated. All in all it is a big place where it is easy to spend time with friends and be sociable, or retreat to one of the cosy, quirky but fantastic living spaces for me-time. We weren't quite sure what we would do there for 2 weeks as it seemed a little remote, but it is SO relaxing and welcoming we spent the first week just staying put and enjoying it. The swimming pool is great and I did my lengths every morning. The area just beyond the pool is great in the evening for a drink (or many more). The bedrooms are really special. Big and very well appointed. Comfortable beds and interesting bathrooms (ours had a built-in bath). The owner Fred is super friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed by him and his partner and to our surprise the fridge was filled with local produce and there was also some wine and fresh bread left for us! Great surprise and even better after the long drive down! For shopping we went to the closest town and there were 2 large supermarkets there as well as the usual bakeries/butchers etc. The area is very beautiful. The mountains are stunning and we found some really lovely villages to explore. We had a great dinner one night in Sauve. Really cute village well worth exploring. We ate on a square high up overlooking the river below. I could go on and on. The place has so much charm and is so well appointed, we could have stayed for longer. We have amazing memories and special thanks to Fred for having created this small piece of paradise.
We have had a brilliant stay - The villa is fantastic- kids have spent house in the pool and learning to play pool. Everyone has enjoyed it so much it feels a real wrench to leave. Hope we can visit again some time.
What an idyllic location to spend a holiday! Easily accessible from Toulouse airport, the house is quite unique in character with its solid walls, oak beams and spacious, airy rooms. There's a large, pleasant garden where we played boules and table tennis daily and also just relaxed beside the pool. It's also great for bird watching. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of towns and small villages within easy reach of the house and the Dordogne was also an easy car-journey away. We spent 2 weeks on holiday but would have happily stayed much longer as there was so much we didn't have time to see and do. We'd love to go back! Thanks for a great holiday.

Notre séjour au Château Bellevue n'aurait pas pu être plus agréable et plus confortable. Le mobilier était magnifique, les chambres très spacieuses et la vue sur le parc très reposante et paisible. À proximité, vous trouverez le glamour et l'effervescence de Biarritz, tandis que la belle ville de Bayonne offre de superbes boutiques et de fabuleux restaurants. Le feu de bois était un vrai régal pour des soirées conviviales. Le court de tennis et la piscine font du château un véritable lieu de villégiature où vous pourrez vous détendre avant de vous rendre compte que vous devriez peut-être explorer un peu plus la campagne environnante, les villes et les plages mondialement connues.
Idéal séjour de rêves. Trés belle restauration avec beaucoup de gout et maximum de confort. Très grandes pièces, grandes chambres et grandes salles de bains parfaitement équipées. Bref séjour très agréable et conseillé pour découvrir cette splendide région située au cœur du triangle d'or.
