We have recently returned from our wonderful trip to Dordogne which we thoroughly enjoyed. Sia and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Maison Montratier was a beautiful place to stay when visiting this wonderful part of the world. We would highly recommend this home and area to our family and friends.

Where do we start..? You have created something truly magnificent with The Loft, which not only met our expectations, but exceeded them beyond belief. We are endlessly grateful to you for giving us this much-needed week in paradise. You certainly have thought of everything, making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Your hospitality was second to none, matched only by your exquisite style and attention to detail, clearly visible throughout every inch of The Loft. We cannot wait to return.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans le logement. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine et de l'espace extérieur. Les équipements correspondaient aux photos et tout était de qualité supérieure. Je recommande la villa à tous. Plage, ville et sites touristiques se trouvent tous dans un rayon de 10 minutes. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Marie Christin pour son accueil.

Une maison et un emplacement fantastique, notre activité favorite était de s'asseoir sur la terrasse couverte pour prendre le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le thé en profitant de la vue splendide.
We loved our stay - we were in a mixed group and it worked really well as each couple had their own space and privacy, but there are wonderful spaces for entertaining as a large group. The pool area is stunning and the setting is calm, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the bikes on trips to nearby villages too!
We had a wonderful holiday at Mas de Lozanne. Beautiful house, well looked after, close to the fabulous town of Pézenas and some brilliant weather (as well as an amazing unexpected thunderstorm!). Thank you so much.
Totally loved the week that we had here! The pool was really private and if your after a pizza then visit Le Yacca, the best pizzas in the world! (in Pézenas). Enjoy your stay.
En week-end en famille, tout le monde a été charmé et ravi par la maison de Sue. Très grande maison confortable et joliment décorée pourvue d un jardin et d une piscine de toute beauté et idéalement située au bord du canal du Midi. Sue est très sympathique et son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons et y retournerons pour un week-end détente.

Jean and Martyn have created a wonderful place to come for a relaxing holiday. The house is really well equipped with everything you need. Providing 3 fridges was a brilliant idea and the house had great Wi-Fi! The pool was spotless and warm and the pool area was lovely- just across from the house, but not overlooked. The gardens are beautiful and the outside patio and kitchen were fab. We loved the short stroll to the village for bread. It’s a wonderful location. Highly recommended.

Quelle maison fantastique dans un endroit si charmant ! Nous avons passé des vacances vraiment merveilleuses et avons apprécié de visiter les châteaux et villages locaux. Jackie a répondu très rapidement aux messages. Maison et piscine, tout ce dont nous avions besoin a été fourni. Nous aimerions certainement y revenir un jour. Merci beaucoup.
Our family stayed at the Mas de Lozanne for two weeks and it was a resounding success with us all. The property was exactly as described in the details and photographs - light airy rooms, a beautiful garden and one of the best pools I've ever seen in a private house. The air conditioning was very welcome as we were there in a heatwave! Dom and Ina looked after us very well and answered all our queries. Pèzenas is a lovely little place and we certainly hope to return. I had never heard of Pure France before coming across them on the net and it's always a slightly scary thing to send several thousand Euros 'into the ether' in this age of Internet scams. However I need not have worried as this agency was extremely efficient and straightforward in all our dealings, answering my queries by return. I would like to thank them and would certainly recommend them.
Cinq étoiles ne suffisent pas à donner un avis sur ce gîte exceptionnel. Une semaine fabuleuse, qui a débuté par un accueil chaleureux (et un délicieux cocktail au cognac) de Mark et Gary, puis par un cadre luxueux que nous avons adoré : 7 jours de luxe absolu, et un grand merci à nos hôtes merveilleux qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. L'attention portée aux détails est exemplaire : tout le nécessaire est fourni (du lait fouetté pour un café parfait à la friteuse à air, en passant par les sèche-cheveux, le gel douche au parfum divin et les douches cascade). Le panier de bienvenue était un délice et Mark et Gary ont été des hôtes parfaits, avec d'excellentes recommandations pour le dîner (Le Boule d'Or et Les Drôles étaient excellents) et les lieux à visiter. Tout est impeccable (y compris la piscine et la terrasse, méticuleusement nettoyées chaque jour) et les lits sont comme un nid douillet. L'odeur chaleureuse qui règne partout est un souvenir inoubliable, notamment lors d'une visite à Aubeterre et à Savon Garde. Nous ne pouvons rien reprocher à cet incroyable havre de paix et de luxe et prévoyons déjà d'y retourner. Merci à Mark et Gary d'avoir transformé la Distillerie La Charmante en une destination de vacances exceptionnelle et pour votre hospitalité du début à la fin.
Nous avons adoré Le Séchoir, nous sommes rentrés à la maison et avons encore réservé pour trois semaines l'année prochaine. Situé dans les collines boisées au-dessus du village de Salviac. Ce un mélange de contemporain et d'ancien est parfait. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Alors que la grande piscine peut sembler éloignée de la maison, elle est parfaitement positionnée pour le soleil toute la journée... ah, cette dernière baignade spéciale à la fin de la journée alors que les couchers de soleil sur la vallée et le rosé attendent au frais !
Que dire ? Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine merveilleuse dans la magnifique Maison Camirout. Un grand merci à Madeline et Alan ! Vous êtes des hôtes fabuleux. La région est magnifique et votre maison et votre piscine sont tout simplement exceptionnelles !
C’est un grand plaisir d’inaugurer ce livre d’or. ET, comment pourrait-il en être autrement, nous devons dire que les jours que nous avons passés ici ont été des jours heureux, calmes, confortables et très, très relaxante. This is my second visit to the beautiful ‘Rusty Shears gite’ hosted by Kirstie and Russell. From the outset our stay was just perfect. We were made very welcome and even had welcome drinks upon arrival. This was a special visit for my mums birthday and Kirstie even baked a cake, which was absolutely delicious. The gite is immaculately presented and the interior is simply gorgeous, with sumptuous cushions, uniquely bespoke painted furniture and house plants that compliment the gite’s luxurious eclectic style. The outside space is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and listening to the nature that surrounds the outside space. They have thought of everything; an outside eating area, complete with overhead sails to stay in the shade, corner sofa area complete with parasol to stay in or out of the shade, a bbq area with small outside prep area, hot tub and even 4 sun loungers. The location is set in the countryside so expect to drive or cycle to the local vineyards and restaurants but rest assured Kirstie and Russell can recommend plenty of places of interest and even arrange cycle hire or restaurant bookings if preferred. All in all a really tranquil long weekend away that offered us plenty of tasty local food, vineyard visits, rest and relaxation in the sunshine. If you’re an animal lover then you’ll also appreciate Kirstie’s love of animals too and if you’re lucky you’ll get to taste a freshly laid egg from ’Cluckingham palace!’ A truly wonderful space and warm welcome that will encourage you to return. A gem of a holiday find - we will definitely be going back soon! Thank you Kirstie and Russell for your hospitality during our stay at Rusty Shears gite and for making great memories!
We stayed in the Maison des Artistes for 2 weeks at the end of June and had a fantastic holiday. There were 5 adults and 2 kids in our party and the house had plenty of room for everyone’s differing needs. The photos of the listing are absolutely spot on in terms of accuracy! The outside space really is big. It had plenty of chairs/loungers/covered day beds. Fantastic outside table for al fresco eating. The pool was beautiful. We had a couple of minor issues with the pool during our stay due to a couple of severe storms in the area but Colin and Mel were very prompt at dealing with these. The gas BBQ was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which you often find to not be the case. Internally there is air conditioning in each room. The whole house has electric shutters which are great for blackout blinds to get some good sleep and also keep the house cooler. Beds very comfortable, nice linen wear on all beds. Towels were all brand new. Generous and lovely welcome basket was there for us on arrival. Colin and Mel met us on arrival at the property and gave us a very quick run down and left us to it. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay when we did have any queries or minor issues. Kitchen was very well equipped for large parties, loads of plates, utensils, cookware etc. Good supply of kitchen basics. Lovely toiletries in bathrooms. Very quiet peaceful location. In summary one of the best properties we have ever stayed in over many years of holidaying abroad

The house is great for a large group and the surroundings are really beautiful. The fig and almond trees in the gardens were in full fruit too. The pool area would benefit from shade such as the awning in the online picture. The weather was very hot while we were there and the upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. Take not that the a/c is only in the living area.
Nous voulions juste vous dire que tout va bien ici et que nous passons tous un merveilleux moment. Quelle fabuleuse maison, avec tant de caractère ! Cela fonctionne parfaitement pour nous : nous l'adorons complètement. Nous ne réalisons pas encore à quel point elle est bien conçue. Et nous nous amusons tellement dans la piscine. C'est l'endroit parfait pour nous ! De plus, je ne peux pas vous dire à quel point nous avons été touchés par votre brillante carte d'anniversaire et votre fabuleuse bouteille de champagne ! C’est une pensée tellement sympathique et tellement appréciée. Merci beaucoup!
Nous y avons séjourné maintenant à cinq reprises et nous reviendrons. L'hébergement a tout ce dont vous pourriez souhaiter dans un logement indépendant et la piscine est superbe. De jolis petits villages à visiter à proximité ainsi que Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez et Monaco tous facilement accessibles. Trajet facile en voiture depuis l'aéroport de Nice jusqu'à cet endroit très paisible.
Nous avons récemment passé deux semaines dans cette belle maison et avons été submergés par sa beauté et celle de son cadre. La maison est spacieuse et extrêmement bien meublée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour passer des vacances fantastiques et relaxantes. Beaucoup de soin et de réflexion ont été apportés à la décoration et au mobilier, créant une véritable atmosphère chaleureuse. Des fleurs fraîches dans les chambres ajoutées à la chaleur de l'accueil de Frédéric, le gérant de la maison, et Elisabeth et Marian avaient veillé à ce que tout soit impeccable. La ville de Duras est à proximité et nous avons apprécié les marchés du lundi matin ainsi que les excursions à Bordeaux (en train depuis Marmande), Saint-Émilion et le magnifique Château de Fayolle où nous avons eu un déjeuner incroyable, une visite des vignobles et une dégustation de vins. C'est une belle partie de la France où nous avons créé de nombreux souvenirs heureux et espérons revenir un jour. Nos remerciements à l'équipe de la Maison Baleyssagues pour avoir rendu notre visite si spéciale. Il convient de mentionner le chauffeur local Mark Pope qui nous a assuré le transport pendant notre voyage. Il doit être réservé à l'avance, mais il vous conduira là où vous voulez si vous ne souhaitez pas conduire !
