L'hôte était super. Elle a fait de son mieux pour que nous nous sentions chez nous. Le secteur est pittoresque et idéal pour explorer cette région viticole.
Exceptionnel. Le Château de la Ronde et son parc ont été magnifiquement rénovés et entretenus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée et chaque chose a été pensée pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. La vue sur le château de Saumur depuis le château est magnifique.

Your attention to detail from the information provided before our stay to the provisions you provided in the Loft to your availability during our stay have been second to none. Also, the thoughtful and pragmatic precautions you have taken in light of Covid-19 served to put our minds at ease and helped us to thoroughly enjoy our time in this wonderful part of France. Villa Barthélemy is a very nice property. Location, very quiet and private. Great pool and very nice view of Mougins and in the distance the sea. Very nice rooms were renovated, the whole house is very nice. Shopping for the food I recommend Grand Frais, everything very fresh, meat fish cheese ; and to the best bakery 5 minutes on foot. I can highly recommend Les Cypres...
Un autre superbe séjour à la Maison Baleyssagues: nous y avons encore passé un merveilleux moment et le meilleur temps jusque-là ! Du soleil constamment ! Comme toujours, merci beaucoup à Frédéric pour l'accueil des plus chaleureux (comme toujours). Nous rentrons à la maison avec encore plus de souvenirs de la Villa.
Que puis-je dire d'autre si ce n'est que ce furent une belle maison et un bel endroit pour nos vacances; à retenir!
A wonderful return visit to Villa Kali and this beautiful area of France. Weather has been great all week with plenty of sunshine, with the pool providing much needed relief. Enjoyed visits to Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert and Montpellier, as well as several trips to Pèzenas, particularly the ice cream shops! Enjoyed meals at Les Palmiers (quite expensive) and Chef Brasserie Chez Hansi (good value). Saturday market in Pèzenas worth a visit and Serignan Plage probably the best beach. The patisserie / boulangerie opposite Carrefour does great bread, croissants and gateaux. Look forward to a return visit in the future. Thanks for a great holiday! 5 / 5.
Difficult to put into words how beautiful this place is! We’ve seen deer, fox and eagles. We've had a lovely week, spent more time together than of late and it’s been memorable. Thank you.
We had the most magical week at the enchanting Château Mabrouke. A beautiful house with outstanding facilities set in a most stunningly unspoilt expanse of French countryside. With some gloriously grand rooms in the château, immaculate gardens and seemingly endless out-buildings, Château Mabrouke still had a wonderfully homely feel to it. We enjoyed days spent splashing in the pool, long lunches and drinks with a view. And a couple of nights of being cooked for and hosted by the lovely Martin and Philippa were an absolute treat. Visits to the nearby pretty towns of Foix and Mirepoix were lovely and other places to recommend include the stunning Montsegur and some interesting prehistoric caves near the charming town of Mas d'Azil. All in all a most heavenly escape. We look forward to returning.
An excellent villa - with everything one could need including a good selection of herbs in the garden for those who enjoy cooking. Pézenas is a lovely place - lovely potteries (some going home with us) good restaurants and bars - spoilt for choice. Delight to discover that the description is perfect. All in all a 5 star holiday.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette magnifique propriété. Les hôtes étaient extrêmement serviables et accueillants. La maison est incroyable - beau mélange d'ancien et de moderne. Portes et plafonds à double hauteur impressionnants. Très spacieux et bien aménagé. Les enfants se sont bien amusés à nager dans la piscine. Les jardins sont charmants - nous avons aimé le hamac et la balançoire. Nous avons également utilisé la table de tennis. La maison et le terrain sont très privés et isolés. Nous avions une belle vue sur les champs de tournesols environnants. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété aux familles.
This is my second visit to the beautiful ‘Rusty Shears gite’ hosted by Kirstie and Russell. From the outset our stay was just perfect. We were made very welcome and even had welcome drinks upon arrival. This was a special visit for my mums birthday and Kirstie even baked a cake, which was absolutely delicious. The gite is immaculately presented and the interior is simply gorgeous, with sumptuous cushions, uniquely bespoke painted furniture and house plants that compliment the gite’s luxurious eclectic style. The outside space is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and listening to the nature that surrounds the outside space. They have thought of everything; an outside eating area, complete with overhead sails to stay in the shade, corner sofa area complete with parasol to stay in or out of the shade, a bbq area with small outside prep area, hot tub and even 4 sun loungers. The location is set in the countryside so expect to drive or cycle to the local vineyards and restaurants but rest assured Kirstie and Russell can recommend plenty of places of interest and even arrange cycle hire or restaurant bookings if preferred. All in all a really tranquil long weekend away that offered us plenty of tasty local food, vineyard visits, rest and relaxation in the sunshine. If you’re an animal lover then you’ll also appreciate Kirstie’s love of animals too and if you’re lucky you’ll get to taste a freshly laid egg from ’Cluckingham palace!’ A truly wonderful space and warm welcome that will encourage you to return. A gem of a holiday find - we will definitely be going back soon! Thank you Kirstie and Russell for your hospitality during our stay at Rusty Shears gite and for making great memories!
Belles vues, une belle villa reposante. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le séjour ici. Minerve valait le détour (ville et grottes), et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. Les activités au lac de Carcassonne près de Carcassonne.
Grande maison en particulier la piscine, le jardin et les couchers de soleil incroyables. Quartier calme, pour ceux qui recherchent vraiment un endroit pour se déconnecter. Nous avons adoré !
Villa très bien équipée, emplacement magnifique. Beau temps, nous reviendrons.
Nous y avons passé une semaine avec deux familles (9 personnes âgées de 6 à 70 ans) au Mas Repenti et nous avons passé un moment des plus merveilleux. Il est niché dans de magnifiques vignobles avec vue sur les collines au loin. La maison elle-même a été restaurée avec amour et chaque centimètre est parfaitement présenté. Superbes meubles, décorations et tissus d'ameublement. Elle est charmante et pourtant totalement confortable – la chambre principale vaut la meilleure suite de n’importe quel hôtel ! Les jardins sont magnifiques. Le terrain de pétanque et la balançoire ont été un grand succès auprès des enfants. La piscine est parfaite avec de nombreuses chaises longues pour tout le monde et un superbe pool house pour se mettre à l'ombre et prendre un verre. Nous avons cuisiné presque tous les soirs et la cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée. S'y trouvent toutes les casseroles, poêles et plats de service que vous pourriez demander, ainsi que des assiettes et des verres pour un régiment ! La terrasse était magnifique et l'immense table très accommodante pour nos fêtes. Nous n'avons pas rencontré beaucoup d'intrusions d'insectes, à part quelques moustiques qui ont voulu se frotter à notre Jungle Formula ! Nous avons adoré les vignobles locaux – plusieurs à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Notre préféré était le rosé du Château Beaumel. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour une expérience extrêmement relaxante et authentiquement française !
We had a wonderful week at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious house is very well equipped. The swimming pool is incredibly warm and the children (even the baby) spent hours in it. The shaded area by the pool was essential as the weather was really hot. We loved the area. It is fairly rural but with easy access to the town. The house is very child friendly with toys, high chairs and plastic bowls and plates and lots of pool accessories. All of which were appreciated by our 5 grandchildren. A fabulous, relaxing holiday. Amazing villa, amazing view, stunning accommodation. We had an amazing 7 days stay. The house is walking distance from the village where a train can take you straight to Cannes, with top interior design and great level of service. The cleaning lady came twice a week and the garden and pool was serviced once a week. All that 30 minutes from Nice airport and top 4 golf courses. We loved it.
A wonderful location with stunning views and beautiful sunsets, Mas Saint Cernin was the perfect venue for a relaxing family holiday. The Grange itself was great in every aspect: from the space, cleanliness and tastefully decorated rooms, through to the general facilities and the exceptional warm hospitality from owners John and Lesley. The large and well appointed swimming pool where the five children in our group spent many hours splashing as children should on their summer holidays was used by us every day. There were pool toys plus plenty of sun loungers for all the group to relax on and soak up the rays within the secluded private garden. Mas Saint Cernin was a home-from-home in a beautiful part of France and we could quite happily have taken up residence; it was with regret that we had to wave farewell at the end of two glorious weeks.

It's been an absolute cracker. The house is a joy and the pool has been the centre of our stay. We've loved exploring the local area, particularly the beach side lunch in Cannes and wild afternoon at the inflatable waterpark at the lake.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. The villa is light, airy and spacious. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, everything worked and there are beautiful views from the upstairs terrace. The garden is very attractive. We loved having four bathrooms. The booking process was easy and efficient. We were confident that if there had been a problem, Ian, the very pleasant property manager who lives nearby, would have quickly sorted it out. The newly installed Wi-Fi was very dependable. With the restaurants in the village and the beach not too far away we didn't need to travel very far from the house - besides, the garden and pool were too good to leave for long! There are also some lovely walks in the hills behind the villa. The heated pool was the icing on the cake as we could swim on the couple of cooler days too. Even my 85 year old mum went in. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we would love to return.
Enjoyed a wonderful week with friends in this beautiful house surrounded by stunning scenery. Clare was welcoming and helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. Would thoroughly recommend and very much hope to return again.
A superb week spent in the Loft du Vigneron. Thank you Karen and Russell for being wonderful hosts and recommending amazing restaurants and equally great days out. Our 'home' for the week was truly special with so much attention to detail and gorgeous touches.
Weary of election nonsense and pandemic restrictions, we sought respite in France and found it at Colombat Cottage.
Nous sommes de retour d'une superbe semaine à la Maison Soulette à Thézan-les-Béziers. La maison était exactement comme sur les photos et la description, parfaite pour notre famille. Beaucoup de chambres et de salles de bains, une belle cuisine et un salon confortable. Les terrasses, le jardin et la vue étaient tous magnifiques. Le temps était ensoleillé et chaud, nous avons donc passé de nombreuses journées à paresser au bord de la piscine. Nos filles ont profité pleinement de la piscine chauffée et se sont beaucoup amusées à jouer au tennis de table.
