Wonderful family holiday in this stunning location. Perfect house for a triathlon! Would love to come back when our grandson is old enough to use all the facilities.
Our week at Maison Charvin from Arlo, the family dog. My family thinks that Maison Charvin is simply beautiful: opulently furnished, exquisitely decorated. More of a château than a maison. That said, my mummy says it’s not pretentious but cosy and homely, much appreciated on the unusually slightly chilly and windy days for part of our stay. The pool has provided instant relief for my family when the weather has been hot and sunny. My human brothers’ favourite space is the very relaxing courtyard where my mummy and I have dozed off on numerous occasions! My daddy has very much enjoyed reading many books from the vast collection. The house is deceptively large, providing ample chilling space for everyone, including me after a hot day in the sun. We enjoyed visiting Trebes (on the Canal), Carcassonne, Lagrasse and the dog-friendly beach in Narbonne. My family enjoyed the pizza which they ordered from the pizza van by the church on Thursday late afternoon. They also had baguettes and pastries (ordered in advance) from Aurelien at Vins de Dagne.
Nous avons adoré séjourner dans votre magnifique château pour nos vacances spéciales et l'avons trouvé très relaxant, un lieu idéal où nous avons tous bénéficié de notre propre espace. La région était magnifique avec un accès facile à Vergt pour les courses et un accès facile aux visites de sites.

As I suspected when first shown around the Loft du Vigneron, we are going to find it hard to leave. The accommodation is truly first class, and you have been wonderful hosts. Thank you for all your suggestions of places to visit - we all have different highlights, but for Franklin it was the food market in Narbonne. All in all, a perfect holiday! We very much hope to see you (and Mack and Mabel) again.

Super séjour à Porticcio les enfant ont adoré, à refaire, je conseille vivement cet établissement.
A beautiful property in a nice quiet location but still close to many interesting places to visit. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and there was a lovely covered eating area outside. We also really loved the pool. We especially enjoyed canoeing on the Dordogne and visiting Domme and Le Jardin Marqueyssac. We also left something behind which Victoire kindly sent on to us.
The château is absolutely beautiful, typically French and very tastefully decorated. It is also very comfortable and had everything our family needed. We enjoyed the pool and relaxed in the sun on the poolside seating. For cooler seating we used the veranda of the sheltered Summer house and a perfect eating and barbecue area next to the Atelier, which had a fridge for cold drinks. The Atelier also had every game imaginable and a TV area with a variety of DVDs and comfy seating. There is an electronic game/TV room in the chateau too, with seating for the whole family to have a 'cinema' evening. Outside, we enjoyed walking by the river, tennis, boules and table tennis and the children made full use of the slide and swing. The garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and had leisurely meals together around large family tables, in beautiful surroundings. The guardians were friendly, very helpful and on-hand if we needed anything. All in all, we had a wonderful experience which we would love to repeat in the future and we thoroughly recommend Château Grandchamp de Chablis for a family holiday.

C'était un beau voyage et nous réserverons certainement à nouveau la villa pour y revenir!
Que puis-je dire d'autre si ce n'est que ce furent une belle maison et un bel endroit pour nos vacances; à retenir!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 2 semaines au Pigat. Il y a beaucoup de place et la maison est très bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous recommandons la livraison quotidienne de pain frais pour tous ceux qui séjournent ici. Délicieux. Nous avons passé des journées de farniente au bord de la piscine. Nous nous sommes beaucoup d'amusés. Les soirées se passent à dîner en terrasse. Nous tenons à remercier tout le monde pour un accueil très sympathique à notre arrivée.
Un havre de paix idyllique dans la campagne gersoise. La chambre était d'un confort exceptionnel et offrait une vue imprenable sur les vignes. Notre hôte, David, nous a préparé un repas exceptionnel le soir de notre arrivée, ainsi qu'un petit-déjeuner français composé de fruits, de yaourts, de pain, de croissants, de fromage et de délicieuses confitures chaque matin. Il a également été d'une grande aide pour nous conseiller sur la région, les choses à voir et les restaurants. Une chambre d'hôte chaleureuse et accueillante. À recommander sans hésiter.
Lovely quiet house with pool in the heart of a pretty village - garden well maintained and flowered with magnificent views of the Dordogne - Interior decoration - friendly welcome - Geographical location (30 minutes from Sarlat and Domme) - The area is superb. There are numerous activities and visiting castles or cities, biking and canoeing... Well recommended!
We have had such a wonderful holiday in your wonderful house. We've thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the fresh toys! Thank you ever so much as well for the wine and cakes which were lovely. We wish you all the best and hope to return to France soon!

We had a lovely holiday here ! The place was beautifully quiet and well-equipped. Pau is definitely worth a visit with wonderful restaurants. We had a great stay and are heading home fully recharged.
C'est une très belle villa dans un endroit merveilleux. Les touches personnelles et l'approche des propriétaires en font un endroit très spécial et nous reviendrons à l'avenir. Une villa très spéciale que nous adorons. Toute l'expérience est également grandement facilitée par Frédéric et la façon dont il gère la propriété et interagit avec les vacanciers. Si vous recherchez un répit agréable pour oublier le quotidien, ne cherchez pas plus loin que Nérige. Quel endroit tranquille, vierge et magique. Les montagnes des Pyrénées s'élèvent au-dessus des vallées viticoles et l'air est clair et vif. La propriété elle-même est immense, mais si confortable et cosy. Les chambres sont décorées avec des draps et des meubles de la plus grande qualité. Sandie est une véritable hôte de la vieille école. Elle nous a accueillis en personne, nous a montré tous les points forts de la propriété, a préparé un délicieux repas pour notre arrivée et a rempli le garde-manger afin que nous prenions le petit-déjeuner le matin. Voyageant avec 2 jeunes enfants et 2 parents plus âgés... nous étions épuisés par notre voyage... et c'était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin ! Elle a également fait venir une merveilleuse massothérapeute à Nérige le lendemain matin pour amorcer notre détente ! Voilà comment voyager et bien voyager. C'est ainsi que l'on voit le monde. Ne doutez pas de cet endroit. Réservez dès maintenant avant que le monde entier ne découvre ce joyau magique !
Merci pour une quinzaine fantastique ! C'était un endroit merveilleux pour célébrer un anniversaire spécial avec des amis et la famille. La maison était magnifique et nous avons apprécié l'atmosphère luxueuse et la décoration de bon goût. Les petites attentions ont été très appréciées : des livraisons de petit-déjeuner au repas et au cadre incroyables du Pourquoi Pas. Nous avons également apprécié la visite de la grotte de Saint-Chinian. Nous avons apprécié le repas au restaurant familial La Tournelle, un service amical et des prix très raisonnables. Pour un autre déjeuner gastronomique avec une vue impressionnante, nous avons apprécié le Tour à Monterey. Un déjeuner à prix raisonnable. Merci pour tout.
